She had some syringes or something though. Had her GP bag out. My DH thinks it's some poison and mentioned silver nitrate which can be fatal in high doses. Not sure though I haven't googled.

I think what's in the present to Kate doesn't matter. The important thing is that Gemma said 'don't show it to Simon, and lo and behold Kate hide it from Simon. Subtle way of Gemma taking control.

Reeling both with embarrassment for her and the real hope she triumphs over those smug marrieds. Taking Tom like that was pure poison and manipulative spite although I do seem to remember Son and Dad were pretty close before everything fell apart.

Plantpot Yes Ros needs a good kicking, she's a crap friend.

It was totally barking but somehow quite compelling, thought the son running off with the smug arsehole of a dad as a step too far but I suppose it gives Gemma even more motive to take him down. I for one will be tuning in next week.
