I love Lesley for making liver, onions and mash. It was my favourite dish in Baalzac in Shepherds Bush back in the day. I ate it so often that the chef would sometimes refuse to make it and send me out something else.

I've long worried for lovely Eureka, and suspected she might be a perfectionist with possible eating/control issues. Back in her Vic n Bob days she was extremely underweight, and I remember thinking then that she seemed a classic perfectionistic, eating-disordered personality. Her avid dedication to cooking and feeding others and her self-flagellation upon under-cooking the lamb only confirm my suspicions. I feel for her. I want her not to be too hard on herself
