Wednesday 9pm.
It's been promoted to BBC1.
The only reality show I can bare to watch.
Grazia reports that Alan Sugar has just had cosmetic surgery on his droopy eyelids.

what is even better is the programme after it "you're fired" with Adrian Chiles

ArcticRoll · 28/03/2007 20:55

Looking forward to this.
Or will it be a bit of an anti-climax?
Interesting article in The Guardian today with Sugar's sidekicks, Margaret and Nick.

I have to say I have a thing about his sidekick Nick Dewer, he's a bit of a silver fox.

Daisypops · 28/03/2007 21:16

I'm finding the boys slightly embarassing! Adam is rather foxy though!

sniff · 28/03/2007 21:18

I loved this programme last year

an now watching one of the men has already tried to put one over on Alan Sugar

Posey · 28/03/2007 21:20

Ooh they're off to my neck of the woods!
Lol at "wealthy residents" Yes lots of them but also one of the poorest boroughs.

filtered · 28/03/2007 21:23

cringed at the we will work till we bleed comment

Daisypops · 28/03/2007 21:32

cringing at everything andy says

Daisypops · 28/03/2007 21:56

Awwwww, feel sorry for him now.

'taxi's ready for you' oh the shame!

Lio · 28/03/2007 21:56

Well, Andy's 110% wasn't quite enough - perhaps if he'd upped it to 111%...

Daisypops · 28/03/2007 21:58

well he'll have to go back to his beautiful wife and big house....but no job?

beansprout · 28/03/2007 22:00

Nick Hewer just looks a bit bewildered a lot of the time

Molesworth · 28/03/2007 22:33

(a) "certus"

(b) Tre - this year's Sayed?

(c) Jadine

(d) How lovely to see The Badge on the aftershow!

UnquietDad · 28/03/2007 22:42

Loved it when he casually swapped the team leaders.

Biggest cringe moment was the singing. AAAGH!!

Why didnt they buy "Fortune" as a name? Thought that was better than "Stealth".

It's brilliant, because these people don't realise how beyond parody they all are. "Giving 110%" and all that.

Molesworth · 28/03/2007 22:44

That Andy was a cliché machine

"Let's work until we BLEED!"

Er - no thanks

saadia · 28/03/2007 22:44

That Andy reminded me of Paul from the last series, but Andy's probably nicer. Both of them talked themselves up a lot but didn't really seem like such high-fliers.

TwinklemEGGan · 28/03/2007 22:46

I love the Apprentice - it makes me laugh. All most of these people can do is spout cringeworthy cliches (don't know how to do accents sorry).

Surfermum · 28/03/2007 22:47

Do people really talk like that in the real world? I'm a bit NHS institutionalised so it all seems a bit weird to me.

Molesworth · 28/03/2007 22:49

only tosspots!

My cringeworthy moment was "Eclipse" not having a clue what sort of coffee to buy for espresso - dimwits

TwinklemEGGan · 28/03/2007 22:49

Me too Surfermum, but I'm in local government. I find it hard to believe that people do really talk like that, but then it's an excellent way of sounding like they know what they're doing when they haven't a clue. Same goes for most of the management speak that I hear on a daily basis. IME to get anywhere you have to be able to "talk the talk" - whether you can actually do the job or not doesn't seem to matter as much!

NadineBaggott · 28/03/2007 22:50

best moment was Jadine keep telling Tre to 'please be quiet' 'you're still doing it' 'stop please'

and he wasn't actually talking

classic

I don't like her, in fact they seem to find a lot of tossers for this programme but I do love it.

Molesworth · 28/03/2007 22:55

i pmsl at that bit too NB

although I'm sure it was a case of editing out his interjections to make Jadine look even worse

Molesworth · 28/03/2007 22:56

just had a flashback to the singing bit

it really was like something out of the office wasn't it?
