I think mick did go and see them for a weekend didn't he? Wasn't that when shirl forged the paperwork for the vic, so he did he not see Elaine was ok? Not for the first time it makes no sense I mean I get that it's been very lame the whole getting rid of Linda for maternity leave but it seems odd to botch a mystery together at the last minute, oh well, I suppose it keeps us complaining interested

Mock has definitely been to see L in Watford more than once, Elaine was either hiding, pretending to be ill or the scriptwriters have forgotten what has happened so far & have just been making up any old crap

Mick was in Bulgaria (or what ever) with Nancy when the paperwork was signed.

Elaine must have been ill abroad as they paid hefty repatriation/medical charges.

I don't think it can be Whitney that is the issue as Elaine has clearly been well for some time - far longer than the whole Mickney affair.

And linda would not ignore Nancy and not go to bulgaria because she was pretending Elaine was infirm it makes no sense I know Nancy's accident was slotted in so Danny Dyer could have his "leave" but still L would go to her Dd

I agree that it's been the best ending in months - leaves lots of room for speculation.

Mock did visit but it would have been easy to have Elaine in bed when he did.

But I also thought Shirl visited because L agreed to sign the pub over and that's why she forged Mock signature whilst he was in Bulgaria.

The idea of Mr Big and Elaine being in cahoots is an interesting one - I hope that L is in on it too and isn't having one pulled pulled on her by her own mum.

Linda is a misery guts really. Goes off for months then cant crack a smile at her own birthday party! Been telling porkies too about her mum and seems up to something. I know mick is a mare too, but she seems worse.

Re:Elaine I reckon she was ill but has recovered well, maybe a TIA rather than a full blown stroke.

We had one last year when Peggy died.

So many theories to the linda/ Elaine / woody thing. Lets hope it is a good story.

My first thought was that Linda's ill, I really don't think she's had an affair. Also a bit confused about the past events which don't add up, with Mick visiting Watford and L not going to Nancy...
