Migraines. I would want the doctor to offer immediate drugs or preventive ones if they work )they don't for all.) Certainly write up strong pain killers and get a sick bowl etc. As a migraine suffer it's horrendous pain. It's like as old lady we just ignore that. If it been 40y bloke would have been just ignored. Though of Dot really did have migraines there's little chance she not had a day off sick in 50y either. But the doctor wasn't to know.

Didn't Dot have a downstairs bathroom When Jim was ill? I know the dinning room Was a bedroom but not sure if looIs still there. In which case she be fine once on feet again and has some Help with meals and the like. Maybe carers twice a day to help with things. Instead have Sonia doing the over whelmed carer act after 5min.

Compare that to Denise who seemed to put a lot more time and effort into her single GCSE. She will smask the A/A* barrier (9 or whatever that is), as others have said, because anything less would send out the wrong Public Service Announcement.

I think Dot announced her migraine in a sufficiently drama llama fashion that the doctor rightly diagnosed it as a figment of her imagination.

Did Elaine actually have a stroke at all? She seemed even more chipper than Patrick.

I can see that sleeping near Mick's suppurating shoulders wouldn't be particularly appealing to Linda, but her exit was surprisingly sudden! I agree with nancy that she already knows about Whit. Did Woody tell Elaine or did Whitney tell Linda? Either way, it's good to have a bit of suspense.

lee ryan in real life is 34, linda in the soap is now 40, so i suppose its not unheard of for people to be together with only a 6 year gap. i thought woody was younger than this.

Maybe linda sent woody over to the vic in order to spy on mick hoping that he would stray and have an affair in order for her to then justify seeing woody? but then he slept with Witless himself! Or Elaine could be the bad one, ilike the idea of her having something to do with Mr big and Max maybe, wants the pub for herself or to sell it on to developers - maybe L knows Fi more than we think. who knows, but its good that something has been revealed that we didnt see coming.

That's a lie isn't it, before Dot was June brown she was an off screen character for a couple of months who was always not turning up to work wasn't she, "Got a mygraine" and so on.

The Elaine thing just makes no sense, something must have been wrong with her at first to make Linda go off & look after her - so has she had a miraculous recovery or was L telling lies from the start?
I don't believe Linda would have an affair & certainly not with Woody!!

Makes you wonder if Elaine got ill abroad and if she just wanted the £10-15k to buy pub or whatever. At what point did she get better and the lie continue?

They should have Mik going Watford late Sunday night and coming back Tuesday afn so 2 nights with Linda. Sure pub would have coped. Especially as he rarely seen Ollie when nothing stopping him having him for visits.
