I have just watched last night's episode - funny when Carmel gave her 'blessing' for Kushy to be with a woman 'twice his age' but even funnier when DD said 'I haven't got the pox'!

I Think pregnant is more likely than ill or having an affair. I'm going for pregnant but knows about Twitney & not sure what to do BUT who sent the text that got her out of bed???

i am guessing that Elaine sent the text - a set up in order to get linda back as she didnt want to be at the pub with mock and his spots.
they are cooking something up between them - ( just a guess)

I think Linda knew what's-her-face already & the whole "what are you doing behind my bar?" moment was a cover so Mick doesn't know they know each other. I suppose the pregnancy thing could make sense & would explain why she happily signed away the freehold if she knew they were going to have another baby to raise. Plus, EE do like to have 2 people pregnant at the same time & since Lauren's not pregnant now then Stacey needs a bump-buddy...! On a side note, I'd like to see Honey & Billy have another baby - they're financially stable now & haven't had a big storyline for a while.

I think it's going to be something bigger though, like having spent some time apart, Linda has finally realised what an annoying person Mick actually is with his constant awful mockney & decided she can't stand to be in the same room as him.

I think that Elaine is ill and that woman in her pub was in fact Max dressed in a blonde wig and sparkly blouse masquerading as Elaine.
It's all part of his twisted plans for world domination. Hmm

Linda asking where's Woody as soon as she got back is telling. She's having an affair is my guess.. All very un Linda like though!

Ohh, maybe this is Elaines long lost sister and the real Elaine is locked in the cellar. L and woody are not aware she is an imposter.
Its all linked in with Max and his revenge.
L is under woodys dubious charm for some reason we cant explain.
The vic is under threat. Everyone wants a piece of that tatty pub.

Poor Elaine locked in the cellar.
L was clearly a Blue superfan and had a life size poster of Lee Ryan on her wall as a teen and this is colouring her view of Woody.

Yes, it's all very mysterious.

But what is most important about Friday's episode is that it's reminded me what an absolute cow Linda is, how much I was enjoying the programme without her, and how much I wish she wouldn't come back.

I think she wants to sell the pub or if she has already done that by selling the lease, then she wants to get out of it. Now that she has been out of it, perhaps she feels a lot better and doesn't want to face going back to a place that holds a lot of trauma and unhappy memories or she and Mick have been through too much and she doesn't want to stay with him.

I must say that if she is able to get a taxi back to her mums, surely she could have made it to Sylvia's funeral!
