The scene with Derek and Sausage was good. Top marks to whoever called that one.

I missed most the episode. I turned on the hairdryer for all the Robbie scenes.

Sausage didn't stick up for Dereck when Keegan was being homophobic, Dereck told sausage that the freedom to be openly gay was thanks to men like Dereck that had fought for it when he was young

least if Sausage failed exams not have worry some amazing new bar staff and Mik looking interesting just in time for Linda to pop in. Or are we assuming they have big argument and party never happens?

Why couldn't anyone go Iceland or a supermarket and get loads food and pre made sandwich. They have huge kitchen to do it in.

I wouldn't worry about the mini market's fruit and veg stall. Martin has a far wider choice and ease to steal stuff from seeing as he spends half his day in the cafe, with Stacey, chatting to Kush, in the Vic. Anyone remember the episode when he had to go to the wholesalers after he shiut the stall and he was there and back in his flat (at the time) by 11.30am! That must mean the stall holders drink alcohol at 10am as they often have one 'at lunchtime'.

Presuming Derek physically assaulted someone in his past in self defence?

Guessing Derik got arrested for indecent behaviour for being gay before was made legal. He must be old enough, I think can be pardoned but you have apply it's not just taken from your file

I expect Johnny and Derek will have a heart-to-heart in the next episode, Johnny tells Derek that he needs to apply for the pardon and Derek keeps his job. Amazing to think now that up to 1967, gay men were prosecuted for having sex, and some were executed in the 19th century.

The Robbie jackson ' David brent' impersonation was the only high bit of tonights episode, mostly because Donna is so funny with her one liners. Where is Robbie;s wife and child though?
Mick manages to stress me out with his hyper acting - they run a pub with a kitchen and kitchen staff , throwing a party must be easier than it is for most people to arrange. They managed about 5 themed nights without all this hassle a while back and got hold of flags too.
Poor Dot, but at least super Sonia is back with her first aid kit.
