County, I would read the book first. I won't post any spoilers but I've watched the first few episodes and it's very, very good, but I was glad I'd just finished the book because of the timeline and flashbacks differing slightly.

Waiting for all the episodes on catch up so I can binge. I'm to impatient to watch it week by week
