Yeah the interview scenes are great in LOD, but please help me out here, could that really happen like that? They always make a big thing about being interviewed by at least one rank higher and all that, so can the interviewee really turn the tables and start firing 'answer me yes or no' type questions to a senior officer? Why didn't Hastings say 'Feck off we little darling girl and take yer fella with yer?'

Astonishing that Roz was able to turn the tables so that she was grilling Ted. If she's as cool and composed as this when suffering from that manky arm, imagine what she'd be like when firing on all cylinders!

I'm desperately wondering why Maneet is co-operating with Hilton - presumably it was info she'd previously passed on that gave Roz some of her ammunition (non-promotion of females to DCI, etc) for the interview?

Hilton is a manipulating sleaze ball. Ros's attitude has deflected attention from him so they no longer think he's pressuring her to get a result, which was AC12's starting point. He seemed an amiable fool, but is far more calculating.

This episode made DCI Huntley seem like a domestic abuser but then they played the murder music with the husband looking scary at the end. Confused!

Maneet could be a double agent because AC-12 sense Hilton's fingerprints on this? I hope so anyway, I love Maneet!

Somebody needs to give Huntley's left arm a good thwack, how none of these supposed super sleuths haven't spotted it's practically paralysed...

I think Roz thinks she's turned the tables by bringing up the sexism and exposing Kate, but unknown to her, she's Hilton's pawn in the bigger game of emasculating AC12. Maneet is Hilton's insider. Hilton will throw Roz under the bus if he has to to get the prize.

That's my theory - he's senior enough to have got wind of where Steve was going from somewhere. Who is going to connect the phone numbers? The irritating Jodie or someone else?
