I bet it won't be long before Denise finishes her English GCSE magically turns it into a degree and gets a fabulous job as a teacher or something fabulous? All while not signing on and miraculously being able to pay rent, drink in the Vic and eat in the cafe?
She really should shag Kush though - their chemistry is so good (bet they really fancy each other in real life!)

Demise will have to sign on surely? Then be sanctioned for leaving her old job. She wont have any money for ages leaving her skint, she will have to do something about a job.
I think Donna needs someone on the stall now Roxy is no longer around!
Not sure if she could apply for any loans to go a degree? dont know how that works.

No-one ever claims any benefits or gets any debt advice. What idiot pays off all his sons debts when he can't afford it. Leek didn't own anything or have any assets, could have sorted it out without his dad bankrupting himself.
Since when do they put you in prison for court fine without giving you the chance to pay it in instalments if you can prove you haven't got it.
Does anyone in the BBC do research for this program.

Ive been watching for about 25 years. Maybe they could give me a job in their research dept!

You can get a licence in a day, & it takes about a week to get a dbs don't know what they will do in the meantime!
If I was in charge of Dennis I would be locking him in the allotment shed & throwing away the key

Mock rushed in whilst Whitney was trying to flog the phone that Lauren said she had lost - whitney was on a laptop and he was all in a lather saying to her ' book a flight to Sophia ' turns out that nancy and tam are there and she has been hit by a car and in hospital over there.
he gave an account that was Ollies money to whitney to transfer over in order to pay for this flight and he is off tomorrow morning. leaving nobody with a licence to sell alcohol on the premises now.
Chelle lost it with Denny for using her maxed out credit card and hit him.he bought a game with it.
Kush was trying hard to bed Denise, but she brushed him off. ( She is keen really tho i think!) lauren is contemplating an affair with glasses.

Thanks 80's, I could probably miss a few episodes and just come here for a catch up!

I wonder if they will drop this 'sticking to the rule book' approach to the licensing act now..... because as Nancy said they could push through an amendment very quickly and get a new licence, but they have to be qualified and the courses (well certainly at the colleges around here) aren't on at any given moment, the might do one a month or quarter (no idea, but I know we had to wait until there was one running).

Plus, the course and the licence application is a couple of hundred pounds, and the dbs has to be paid for and any amendments with the licensing department.....

I'm enjoying the Kush and Denise story though, although I have a gut feeling her anger might be the end of it (that's a guess not a spoiler).
