I thought it was very sad MrsJayy both the story and the way the Beeb has been so into 'ishoos' yet shied away from the care of the elderly/dementia situation. As someone said upthread we were lead to believe someone from the 'social' was going to visit then magically a place would be available in a top care home a stones throw away from the vic when the reality is somewhat different, but they just killed her off, which seemed a bit pointless.

Anyway it's all so ridiculous with Linda being away looking after her mum, micks emergency dash to Nancy, then Sylvie dies (much more conveniently than usual) at home and poor Tina is left to cope with sausage and whiney. I appreciate that the actors personal lives brought this on but it's just too far fetched imo. Also agree with pp about Whitney and Tina 'getting close' Hmm

Not trying to jinx things but wanted to say I'm glad that they've made Billy into a much more likeable character both as a sensitive funeral director and in general, and him and honey seem settled, with no more hinting at a situation with Jack and honey thank goodness. Which reminds me, where is the recently widowed Jack? He seems to have vanished as well Confused

And another thing! Sharon's bloody hair! Wtf? I'm not sure if it's her own or not but someone needs to 'ave a word about it! Something slightly more flattering for her face shape perhaps?

Re age gap - Denise is maybe 15 years older than Kush. Nuchelle is 30 years older than Preston. And he was her pupil and she let him sleep with Bex without saying anything and cheated on her husband. Don't think anyone's actually that annoyed about the age gap (except the US Police) Grin

I haven't seen the latest episode. I saw a picture of Sharon on the front of one of those TV mags while in queue the other day.
Her hair was shorter I think. It's constantly changing and evolving, like it has a mind if its own. I think she suited it short, but I'm not a fan of extensions. A whole paragraph about Sharon's hair Grin
