Had exactly the same thought about the lucozade Carrie! I was immediately transported back to my childhood sick bed!

Couldn't get into it. Really enjoyed the books and love the original Prime Suspect (6 is probably one of the best episodes I've ever seen on TV).
I think Lynda LaPlante severed links with it over the casting?

Another one who commented on the Lucozade bottle!! I really enjoyed it, I thought the acting was very wooden but it was easy watching and I'd definitely watch another and it's made me want to watch the original Prime Suspect.

I guessed about the wife and children as well. It was the comment Morgan said to her the other week about if you're serious, you need to talk to him.

Disappointing and predictable.

I enjoyed it. I could buy into the young Tennison and thought the casting good. It can't be compared to Prime Suspect as the character had not made detective yet, though we can see her potential and ambition. I could imagine the hardening process at the end of it that formed the Helen Mirren character. She is used in the interview with the wife towards the end
I thought that was the whole point of the programme. That formation. Hope it continues
