I've been re-watching PLL, and I want to know your A theories.

Alternatively, who do you want to be A?

I know the person I suspect of being A is not the person I hope it will be.

Could it be a massive Hasting's cover up? With only Spencer in the dark? They are one shady family

So it's only season 3 and I'm now noticing the very early signs of Spaleb. Spencer is such a flirt

I know people say the writing in this is shit but I disagree. There are dozens and dozens of clues.

Spaleb are pretty cute.

Spencer is about the only character I like at this point, I don't want anything else bad to happen to her. So I'm busy going lalala about any future terribleness in her family!

Yes, you're right about clues. There was actually a little webisode series somewhere about the costume shop which makes the CeCe reveal so obvious so loads of fans complain that all the clues where online. But there are still loads of cece clues on the actual show.

Ooh now I am seeking out CeCe clues. I'm on the Halloween episode from Season 2 so Alison's story about the twins now seems more relevant. Whirlwind do you know if the webisode is available somewhere? If not do you mind telling me more about the clues?

I've been reading the books while recovering from the flu this week. They are SO different to the show!

And now I'm watching the bit in s2 where Nate kisses Emily and Paige gets mad (legitimately) and there are all the early Ali v "Pigskin" flashbacks. This gonna be gooood

Very true! I do have a soft spot for Wren, he is a bit of a hapless so and so. Looking back I am confused about CeCe. She told the girls that she knew Ali because they spent a summer together. Was it in Rosewood or somewhere else? We all know that Ali was secretive but it doesn't add up that they spent so much time together, and that CeCe went to school in Rosewood and suddenly she knows so many people, even Jason, but no one knows her

I think it was when Ali was on holiday at Cape May? When CeCe was dating Jason(!!!) and Ali just knew her because of Jason before that.

CeCe never went to rosewood high, she somehow tricks her way into the yearbook when on day release from Radley to go to college.

Yes, I thought they met on holiday but how come CeCe knows Noel Kahn's older brother and other guys from Rosewood High? I thought that when she went to the party with Aria and Spencer, she said it was a party for people she was at school with. Don't apologise Whirlwind I am relying on your expertise

Also, I don't know how far away Cape May is from Rosewood, but we saw Ali and CeCe in Rosewood together when Ali was tricking Paige with the love letter for Emily, so surely it was more than just a summer away in Cape May. Maybe I'm just being too pernickety though

Oh god I just realised the significance of your exclamation marks about Jason and CeCe, it's been so long since I've seen the show that I'm only just remembering the significance now that I'm rewatching

Haha, no I think it was most of that year they were hanging out then that summer in particular. I guess if it was a reasonably long time Jason probably went to the secret parties and took her too? Or she met some of them while actually at college?

Omg noo don't trust Wren. I'm about 80% sure he's involved in all the A business now after rewatching. He somehow gets into doing a seat at Radley when both Mona and Spencer are there? And tries to get with Spencer and Hanna despite them both being underage and in relationships. Something not quite right...

CeCe went to UPenn so maybe knows the older crew from that?
