I liked Lee's low-key departure - when people usually disappear it's without melodrama so the way he left rang true for me. Unfortunately, for months before he left, his story was very badly handled - don't think it was the writers intentions for viewers to be practically willing him to piss off for good as we've seen on these threads.

it was odd the way it was filmed with Dot and the cat - and was dragged out too. The only reason for the interaction with Ian was so he would listen to her and not Jane - he is bound to have something wrong, otherwise there wouldnt be any justification for any of this.

chelle actually mentioned Mark, but only to pass Preston north end as a friend of his. Yeah, your mates do come over to visit your mum... as if! yet they all just shrugged and went with it.

Thought preston's accent was ok. But the kissing 😱😱. Sick. Then nuchelle called him a child at one point which just highlighted how wrong and disgusting this whole situation is. Why is EE making a "juicy" story out of something so crass?

Hate, i've not known such an awful story as this one with Nu michelle. With Jay it was a bit more realistic as Linzi looked older and your easily duped when your younger i think- chelle has had a lot of relationships and has two older children, older than Preston, you would think she would have put an end to it straight away or moved jobs..
I know it can happen in real life, but generally the gap is a bit smaller , 32 years is huge! He also seems very immature too. i hope its all resolved quickly, if he is going to hang around moping on the bench or kissing her at every opportunity, i think a lot of people will switch off.
