I like Dot. She wasnt nice in the early days admittedly, but her scenes with nick are now legendary. She is a great actress and Dot has grown over the years too. Shes had it all thrown at her and is kind to the youngsters.
I hope, when she leaves, its with dignity.

She ok I've watched her for 20years but can take her or leave it. I wonder if they are going to kill her off in good way. Or wait until she does naturally? Must be difficult with very old actors that if become ill suddenly there is no plan B be shame if she just went off to live with grand daughter (or whoever) and never did a proper goodbye.

When is her hunk of a son (forget his name) returning to spoil mom's fun?!

I think Donna's storylines seem to limp along from one to the next, never anything "that" juicy and when it could have been a decent one (adoption, surrogate mum etc) they just leave it hanging...

Dot is a great actress and I do like her, think it suits her best to dip in and out.

Was just thinking watching last night's episode on catchup how good Patrick is in his role (no idea how old he is in real life!) and how amazingly well he's recovered from his stroke. He really is a good actor too as was proven in the Christmas Carol panto. Shame really he's not doing more apart from EE.

June Brown is 90 today! Shock I like her and Dot. I've always quite admired Dot's style too. Plus she's an icon, it wouldn't be the same without her.
