DH is convinced Martin is going to die. I didn't like the way they showed Martin and Stacey as really happy, it never ends well.

The fact 2 people were dragged up the road under a bloody bus and then fine right after is absolutely ridiculous. There must be a delayed death.

Maybe the Shard guy was Inspector Gadget's nemesis, Dr Claw, and he set up the bus crash to kill Leek off.

Also, it got dark at Albert Square very quickly, but would the emergency services really have the blue lights on at what I assume to be after 7pm?!
Was there more than one dead body, we saw one being wheeled towards the bus (which made no sense), and then a body being wheeled towards an ambulance.
Good episode though, and minimal Lee, always a bonus!

Think trolley was going empty to get driver the body on way out. It did seem to go on forever I mean everyone was discharged by time last paramedic left. Fair enough police having to investigate but lots of ambulances blue lighting hours after event. Thought be odd on other jobs. The end had a blue light ambulance going off which could mean either found another person or off on another job. Might you Roxy a mum or brother where nowhere to be seen

Are the producers of Eastenders trying to make us believe that Max was responsible for:
-the traffic on the ring road
-the bus conveniently being diverted the route it was
-the driver having a heart attack

Was enjoying Eastenders redeeming itself until the weird music, followed Max and his gangster psychic abilities

Did Mick snog Whitless or did Whitless snog Mick or was it mutual? I just thought it was the usual Whitney. Why was Denise allowed wander around a hospital to find people. Aren't there rules as to who can visit Resus considering the patients there are critically ill. Surely they can't allow anybody who feels like it to walk around? Shouldn't there be a buzzer on the doors into that area?

Someone said up the thread that Lee would be moping around a cafe somewhere and he was! Though obviously a nearby cafe as his neighbours went into it showing he is totally thick.

The Max/Shard thing is downright weird. He could not have organised a heart attack and a bus crash. That is just ridiculous. And now he is going to become some sort of Robin Hood character - going to burn down the pub so MIck gets the insurance so two problems solved at the same time.

Why would they have waited until the very end of the day to remove the dead body ie if it was the bus drivers? Surely they would have not just left him there for hours?

The scene of Jack's three kids looking out the window was one of the most realistic scenes ever in EE.

And the sad music bit with deeply traumatised paramedics/police who will have seen far worse. Talk about over the top. No one died apart from the poor driver.

That said...the dramatic ending with Max and the Big Bad Guy was very intriguing.

In fairness, the other patients weren't to know that Martin and Stacey were talking about trying for a baby. In the normal world, if somebody shouted out 'we're going to have a baby', people would naturally assume, they were already pregnant and possibly even past the twelve weeks higher risk time.

Why has max got it in for the pub?

I don't know who the writers take their medical advice from . Martin would have been strapped to a trolley with a neck brace on and wouldn't have been allowed to walk about until a trauma series CT scan had been performed.

When Max said the pub was "next on [his] list" was that trying to imply that he made the bus crash happen?! i'm not getting this at all...basically what Enid said

Glad I'm not the only one confused about the apparent implication that Max arranged for the bus driver to have a heart attack!

Even if you thought they were pregnant or had just found out, you still wouldn't applaud. I wouldn't anyway.

I don't think anyone will suddenly die. Feels like they're going for a more positive feel and Nartin and Stacey will get there happy ending.

I have no idea what to make if any of that episode. This new (ish) producer has some really really weird ideas. And that's being polite.

I wouldn't clap for someone announcing they're pregnant in an a&e waiting area. People are normally suffering from pain or are in hospital under bad circumstances for themselves or a relative. Why the hell would anyone clap? 🙄🙄
