Some people on Digital Spy are saying the same as some of you about the tube crashing and one of the Carter women dying, maybe two. There's got to be some significance to them going out together on a kind of public transport we rarely see in EE and them having their photo taken on the journey back.

I'd like to see the back of Sylvie, Johnny Sausage and Shakil. The ones I think will go are Sylvie and the bus driver.

The bus driver isn't even a character! I think the bridge might collapse/ train derail and people we dont suspect at the moment might get hurt helping people get off the bus

I think some of them being out and about are done as red herrings, so we are wondering who will die but it won't be them. I thought Jay with the way they were talking, Billy saying he didn't want anyone else he knows, Billy telling Jay he has his whole life ahead, Jay saying he would be better off like Ronnie and Roxy. All pointing to Jay but it can't be, as he isn't there. Unless they were back and we haven't seen that yet.......

Unless jay gets back, runs on to bus to save Louise and a tube train falls on him...duff duff duff

Well........that was a bit of a shocker. I didn't see it coming at all. Well I admit when Billy said those ominous about hoping not to get any other funerals of people he knew, I thought someone else has to die soon. I am shocked though.

The Carter women were on the tube, they can't die from a bus crash surely? I can't even think who might die. Hopefully not Denise. The people sitting at the top of the bus at the front would be hurt. If Louise had moved to avoid sitting near the bullying gang, they'd have shown her moving seats wouldn't they?

On another note, who leaves their baby at a party on his own? And Louise's make up is really good.

Wait a minute, didn't Corrie have a storyline not too long back where something crashed into the bridge and the tram fell off the bridge? Surely EE wouldn't copy so blatently?

They seemed to have all the wrong people on the bus (bar the bully). Johnny, Lee, Cathy, Lauren and Abi should have been on that bus

And Whit (of course).

It wasn't that big a crash really. Injuries maybe but lots of deaths would be extreme. Unless sat at the top front. I've been on a double decker when it crashed at about 50mph and the main issue were the windows flying down the bus. Although I was on the bottom deck.

Louise and Bex looked ok. The bully is definitely dead I reckon.

How would Jay and Billy be involved? I thought their scenes were very sweet.

If there are deaths, my money is on Tina and Shirley's Mum and the bully. I do think they'd copy Corrie. The three soaps seem to do it quite often.

The bus driver isn't even a character! Before the Corrie tram crash they put out a spoiler saying 3 people would be killed (can't remember exact number) and only 2 characters died. Turned out the 3rd was the tram driver who wasn't even shown.

The train crashing is a good call. Bet the happens at the end of the next episode. I saw spoilers for the bus but I'll avoid them from now on as there's obviously more to it.

I didnt get the traffic jam or the carters being on the tube the bus didnt actually hit anybody they all got out of the way soo the train will need to derail bus explode and the market collapse for anybody to die . I havn't seen any spoilers about this glad they kept it quiet something different from the usual enders fires.

If louise is hurt and they don't even attempt to act out a scene discussing Lisa calling to check on her daughter I will be annoyed, come on EE she is still her mum! (For some reason this lack of any mention of Lisa really annoys me!)

I would think that Sylvie's character has run it's course. Could we be rid of WhitLee in one swoop of the scriptwriters axe?

I still surprised they killed R&R so I can't even begin to guess who's been a victim in this.

Apart from Magic Bus drama, I can't understand why Whitless and Leek don't move back into Vic, Whit gets a full-time child care job and Leek opens a stall on the market. They'd be about £2K a month better off. After all, everyone else manages to make a living selling old veg and crap clothing from stalls, so why can't Leek have a go?
Also, how can Whit keep on about going up to Wakefied to celebrate then going out to buy presents when they are so skint? Is she thick or something?

That bridge must be really weak if it collapses from a bus going into it. It's unbelievable that a train will derail but looks like that's what'll happen. 🙄. The train at the start looked so fake. I wonder how much money they spent on that.

I think there'll be loads of saving lives going on today. Mick will take all injured and shocked survivors into the pub to keep them safe and babe will suggest charging them for food and drinks and then she'll get another "last chance" 🤔

Nancy, a few hipsters in funky trainers might be what the place needs - we have only ever seen one guy in Jack's new flat ( apart from leek and witless)
maybe they are all hanging out there waiting in the wings to transform the place once its all done up. A new shop to rival the tiny mini mart - a dry cleaners, a 'clean eating' cafe ( instead of the old bacon and sausage combos Ian , Babe and co serve up) maybe even a chain restaurant? who knows, but there must be some reason for the new producer to do all this to the square! New characters that are not Brannings or Mitchells ! a new horizon.

L and her mum who is now ok decided to come back to walford unannounced as a surprise for Mick, so they smuggled themselves unseen into the baggage area of the bus and have beeen crushed to death. Cue another double funeral with Billy coining it so he gets to expand business into multi national funeral parlour....meanwhile the path is clear for Mick and Twitney to get it on!

Enid, where was your bus crash, sounds nasty mate - i hope everyone survived. 50mph is fast - it was hard to tell how fast this bus was going!
That tube train did look very fake, obviously keeping the budget for the bus..
I am surprised that they have kept the fatalities such a big secret, the news about R and R was leaked weeks before the new years day episode.
I just hope its not the ones we actually like!
I always assumed that the older kids walked to their school considering how fast they go to and from in some scenes, hanging around for buses takes forever ( and the roads are bad in that area most days) not to mention the cost of fares ( who is paying Bex;s fares?) or do teens go free in london?

Kids in education get free bus in London, they have a Zip card.

I can't see how they could kill any Carter Kids at the moment - there is no way L would miss one of her own kid's funerals.
Just think if they Killed both Carter boys we could have Sausage & Leek together forever at the funeral.
