Just watched a couple of clips from last night and I might have this wrong... but why was Martin pilloried for suggesting they do a raid on the royals for food, yet it was all ok for Scarlett to nick a couple of lamb shanks...

(as I say the clips are in isolation of the rest of the prog so I may have missed something)

Scarlett was at the banquet and it was left over food. Martin wanted to take all the food.

Scarlett and Lisa had what they had, taken off them in the bush telegraph.

Glad it's not just me who thinks its fucking dull this year.

They've got loads of food, they're all great mates, and the trials are nothing. It's got to be one of the most boring years ever.

Boring boring boring. Loads of treats and foods. Loads of stuff from kiosk keith. Lots of visits to spas and banquets . Seasoning for the rice and beans. They're even fighting over who does the trials! The trials are all much the same with driving/ saying anus or unscrew the star. Not even a flinch. The whole point of the show used to be hardship, hunger, survival. Now its lost that element we are left with boring celebs (z listers mainly) fighting over air time and ant and dec wearing boiler suits doing cringe comedy. We forward whenever they are on.

In the same way that GBBO and Big Brother have had their time, I think maybe this show has too. Everyone knows what to expect so it's not shocking anymore.

Agree dispatch. Martin is like that irritating work colleague who means no ill... but is just irritating. He doesnt deserve to be annilihated at every turn. Think he takes it in good humour TBH

See Larry is hungry. He hasn't had a good feed up in a while. He's snapping at the irritating beyond belief Martin.

Who the hell does Larry think he is, why should he take it on himself to point out someone's faults like that. All that arm waving, and that ridiculous "amazing people" statement. Really, where? I'd love to know what he's learnt from those "amazing people".

He wouldn't have gone on like that to anyone else but Martin. I know loads like Martin in real life, try's hard to please but can be irritating, bloody hell there's much worse about,

. We can't help what we are for goodness sake. We can't all be "amazing" people.
