The walking dead is on at 2.30am on Fox!!!

Wanted to make this a separate thread to make it obvious.

I didn't know this until I saw it mentioned it somewhere else today. Fox are showing the walking dead at 2.30 am!

I won't manage to watch it - I'm 7 months pregnant and my 3 year old isn't sleeping well but if you were able, it would be cool.

I would also like to know if anyone has any idea about post credit/lake boots? My mind is blank! Feel free to pm me if you have the answer and don't want to post potential spoilers here x

DO seems to think it was the guy Rick and Aaron got the guns from (on the boat) but I'm sure I saw a corpse in the boat that was meant to be him.....I also think it was the oceanside girl that helped Tara.

I've seen the names thrown about. Either way I don't think we've seen the last of the ocean tribe, at least I hope not!

The person spying on Gabriel was definitely the person who watching Rick and Aaron steal the stuff off the island/lake/boat. They had very distinctive boots! we just had to get out of bed to go and watch as we hadn't watched passed the start of the credits!

Who do you all think gave Daryl the key/ note to help him escape? My DH thinks Jesus, I think it must have been Dwight or Sherry? How would Jesus find Daryl, then get the right key and get back out ok?

Think it's a woman as the Boots seem duct taped on - so from the women's group, sherry or they have introduced The Whispers from the comics

Brilliant episode!!! So glad they're nearly all back together. It was definitely Dwight who helped Daryl escape. Did he get on his own bike? Either way it's Dwight....quite emotional to see Daryl and Rick hug and when Rick realised Daryl was back. I think it needed to hold onto that scene for a while as it is something we'd all been waiting for.

Is anyone else not particularly worked for Eugénie? I think Neegan wants him for his skills and let's face it he won't need breaking like Darryl.

Just realised my duct tape comment re it being a woman isn't explained! I meant theyre mens boots, too big for the woman so she's duct taped them to keep them on!!

I think whisperers as I don't know why Sherry would be at the lake and then be watching Gabriel rather than following them to Hilltop.

Am I the only one who thought the ending of last night's ep was corny as hell? I actually laughed at the reunion scene and the focusing on each face in turn before them marching off to the house to 'plan'.

Personally I wanted Rick to come back to Alexandria, see Negan playing happy families with Carl and Judith and go totally apeshit. That would have been worth watching.

And Carol needs to sort herself out and go back to being kickass again. She's missed.

I was half expecting Rick to say the same line as he did at Terminus "They don't know who they're messing with" or whatever it was he said. Hasn't most of the recent seasons been, bad guy comes in, group gets separated, they get bk together, they kick ass.

I wondered if the person watching at the end was something to do with the lake man (though I thought that dead body on the boat was his, too) and I wondered if the note saying you win but you still lose (or whatever) has something to do with this mystery person? But then, maybe the note was only there to lead to Aaron getting what he got. I dunno.

Awesome when my darling imaginary boyfriend Daryl came round the corner, and I loved the way they all walked cowboy-film-stylee towards the house. Whoop!! Negan is so gonna get it.

And actually, I'm not a fan of how JDM portrays Negan, but I have to say, he was properly menacing (at last) in this one. Very good scenes with Spencer.

What dead body on the boat? I missed that. As Rick and Aaron closed the van and drove off there were feet shown walking on the island. They were definitely the same feet as the ones shown watching Gabriel. Same boots and ties around the ankles.

I don't think that person is Sherry, though I suppose it could be and Dwight could have helped Daryl?
