The walking dead is on at 2.30am on Fox!!!

Wanted to make this a separate thread to make it obvious.

I didn't know this until I saw it mentioned it somewhere else today. Fox are showing the walking dead at 2.30 am!

I won't manage to watch it - I'm 7 months pregnant and my 3 year old isn't sleeping well but if you were able, it would be cool.

The comics have moved onto the post Saviours next step now (and I'm spelling it out British way on purpose). They could manage to pad out the story to fill a tv series and not overtake.

I think the devotion of single episodes to one place is the problem. How many weeks is it since we saw Carol. I know they're focusing on each character but I don't enjoy it. I'd rather they jumped between them so we didn't go weeks, and now potentially months, between seeing our loved main characters.

I loved the Morgan episode. I'm a big fan of the cheese maker actor though

I loved it too. But it was one episode in a series where everything else was faster paced. Having some, single or small numbers of character, episodes balancing an otherwise busy series is a nice change of pace.

I always get irritated by episodes like the Morgan one as impatient to find out what is happening in the story, I loved the morgan one though, it was like the karate kid Hopefully next series will be less choppy and changey but this is how it looks to be staying at least until the mid season break when possibly tempo will change? I wonder if they are expermineting looking for a spin off? what is the name of the prequel has anyone seen it?

Fear the walking dead - I wouldn't waste your time tbh. It's watchable, but that's about it.

I was going to buy the second season now it's out on dvd. The first season was quite good I thought

First one was better than the second, it just didn't grab me though. I did like the plane webisodes :)

Re Fear the Walking Dead, I watched the first season on a plane journey- half on the way over, half on the way back. It seemed to have potential. I'm disappointed that the second season is not so good.

I quite enjoyed this weeks episode of Walking Dead despite initially thinking ' oh no not another separate group story'. That may be because I like Tara as a character though.

Am really disappointed with the Guardian reviews now. They used to be great reading but have just turned into a synopsis of the story

Just seen last weeks. Kinda boring. So yet again we have another camp of people probably within a mile of each other

I agree it's frustrating waiting weeks to find out what's happening with each character. It took FIVE weeks for them to explain what was wrong with Maggie and the baby - annoying.

Anyone see the nod between Coral and Darryl as he passed him the tray? It looked like Coral said something to Daryl

Bloody Negan again... I can't be bothered to watch properly. Someone kill him!

I liked this weeks episode.

So.....Negan's considering killing Rick and taking over as a father and head of the village?!

I was starting to sort of like him until he said that kitsandkids....

Rick needs to cop onto himself. It's getting annoying.

Is it going to be 7 squillion episodes before we find out what goes on next.

Grrr Negan, someone just take him out, they all have plenty of chances - the wives could band together and club him over the head.

So Jesus? He was on top of the truck then he wasn't? Did Daryl see him? Might need to rewatch as I'm not sure what I saw!

I think the men really need to grow a pair, get themselves up to the standard of the women. 😀

Was it my imagination or did Daryl look slightly cleaner this week?

I liked that episode. Lots of nice details from the comics. Lots of new bits. I'm not looking forward to a long break though.
