Oooh I didn't know about Will there was nothing on ITT2 last night.

digerd · 12/10/2016 11:45

I missed the beginning bit of ITT but in the remaining 20 minutes nothing was mentioned about Will.
It was on BBC News this morning. Naga may have an idea but don't think she will say anything bad. The incident with Len was shown but everyone was laughing except for Len's parting words "Shut up" with a pretend (?) angry face.
Oh dear, what a shame Sad

MrsJayy · 12/10/2016 12:17

Tv and facebook have decided that Will has gone off in a huff some think len was to harsh on the poor soul

ppeatfruit · 12/10/2016 12:33

Quite interesting how little nothing has been said on ITT2 about the Anast. debacle and the Will resignation. We need to know the dirt folks!!! Grin Grin

ppeatfruit · 12/10/2016 12:35

Can you tell I ain't on twitter or other stuff on line and I don't read the scandal mags and papers. Though it was in Guardian on line this morning but dh bleedin' forgot to tell me Hmm

MoonriseKingdom · 12/10/2016 12:36

I think ITT is not live so was likely recorded before Will's departure. Guess they will mention it tonight. I wouldn't expect more than the bland statement already released though.

ppeatfruit · 12/10/2016 12:39

If everyone resigned who Len was harsh to (he's not harsh though he tells it how he sees it, Craig is much worse) there would be no one left fgs!!!!!!

StrictlyPan · 12/10/2016 12:53

I think in place of anything clear and 'reasoned' from the boy Will, it's fair to speculate he is huffing because meany Len was a meany to him. If there was a 'family' issue it's quite poss to refer to it vaguely. Or anything else really.

ppeatfruit · 12/10/2016 13:04

Maybe he's just not coping with the 'full onness' of it StrictlyPan It's too much for him, poor darling Grin

To be fair it must be quite a shock if you're not used to dance training. Grin

ppeatfruit · 12/10/2016 13:10

Odd that he seemed to be trying soooo hard to be perfect, he could have limped around and got removed! Though maybe he's too popular to be on the DO?

MoonriseKingdom · 12/10/2016 13:19

If he really has gone over Len's comments then I feel sorry for him as it suggests he is in rather a fragile state. Other contestants have had plenty worse on this and other series. Ed Balls and Judge Rinder have had some quite harsh comments from Craig.

Chippednailvarnishing · 12/10/2016 13:24

I love it when Ed jokingly pouts at Craig whilst he's telling Ed his faults Grin

CustardCream1 · 12/10/2016 15:05

Craig was also insulting to Lesley about her bum rub against Anton!

MoonriseKingdom · 12/10/2016 15:28

People like Scott Mills and Judy Murray have had harsh comments week after week and have carried on. Not taking yourself too seriously and being able to take some criticism with good humour goes down well with audiences.

Poor old Ed - still I think Craig being harsh is helping to keep him in Smile

Theromanempire · 12/10/2016 17:44

Whilst I appreciate it is a private matter, in the absence of anything less vague than 'personal' reasons, people will speculate and Will is increadingly being painted as a total diva who quit over a little bit of criticism which was probably more directed at Karen anyway Confused

mixedpeel · 12/10/2016 18:51

Ohmygoodness, watching ITT and just gone all of a flutter over the very last bit of the footage of Brendan and Anastacia marking out the rumba. Him in a blue jumper and trainers made me suddenly go weak at the knees.

Have never felt the Brendan thing until now.

DangerQuakeRhinoSnake · 12/10/2016 20:10

Mixed: only a blue jumper and trainers?? Shock

Dotty342kids · 12/10/2016 21:17

I've always had a thing for Brendan. He's a perfect blend of filth, bad boy exterior and a melty, soft heart Blush

acurtis1234 · 12/10/2016 22:53

ITT is live, and Zoe mentioned it very briefly at the start of the show, repeating what was officially released and wished him love from ITT. Then moved on to the normal show and it wasn't mentioned again.

Theromanempire · 13/10/2016 06:23

Am not going to link to the Mail but there is a story in there saying he quit because he knew he wasn't going to win Hmm also that the BBC have reduced his pay to £5k due to breach of contract - they are not happy which implies there weren't any mitigating circumstances for his departure.

HalloToJasonIsaacs · 13/10/2016 06:37

ITT is live on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays, but Tuesday and Thursday are recorded the day before so they couldn't have reacted to Will's departure on Tuesday evening.

DiegeticMuch · 13/10/2016 07:43

I felt very sorry for him when it looked as if his departure might have been linked to his depression. However, if it's true that he's just thrown his toys out of the pram...wow. It won't do his career much good.

MrsJayy · 13/10/2016 09:00

So he has just had a massive hissy fit then?

iklboo · 13/10/2016 09:13

Ah, yes. That bastion of truth, honesty & integrity that is the Daily Fail. Of course they'll have the full story - straight from Will's mouth - and not just made up some gossipy bullshit.

TimTamTerrier · 13/10/2016 09:15

Absolutely ikleboo, if the Mail say something I generally assume that it is completely untrue and unfounded, and I usually turn out to be right.
