Thought Tameka flashing her injury was a pointed commentary on Anastasia ducking out of the dance off last week.

For my money Anastasia or Lesley should have gone. Lesley has been incredibly rude to Anton on-camera - hard to imagine how bad she is off screen.

Thought Laura's dance was full of mistakes, though wasn't struck on either of the women I'd have preferred Tameka.

And good for Tameka for dancing while injured.

She might not have been injured, the strap might have been to prevent an injury. And it's not necessarily comparable to ripping open scars. Plenty of high-level sportsmen play with knee strapping.

I don't think either of them should have gone but there is always at least one "shock eviction" in the programme, and as a PP said earlier, the right dancers are always there in the final weeks.

Agree about Tameka's dress or whatever it was - did her dancing no favours. But they both put so much into that tango they kept losing their balance unfortunately.

Laura's leg work looks laboured, but she does a brilliant shimmy.

Tameka was definitely better. Laura is a favourite of the judges, like Pamela Stephenson.

That's a shame, I'm going to miss Gorka. They're not the people that I thought would be in the dance off.

I think this year is going to be very interesting. At least the standard of dancing is much higher than the past few years so it will be interesting and enjoyable.

Don't like that "Brave little me, I was injured" stunt. Done herself no favours there.

yes about three more couples gone ( Lesley, Anastacia, Ed) and the heat IS on.

Didn't like her carry on at the end, was she pretending to faint at first and then started strutting around showing off her leg.

We're watching the main show again, Lesley was definitely under marked, and where was she rude? Will was brilliant!

Personality wise I didn't like Tameka, although I thought I would have loved her, and I don't like Laura either - takes herself too seriously/loves herself. I didn't think Tameka should have gone though as I thought she had potential. The song choice and the costume (heavy and dark, drowning her) put her at a distinct disadvantage tonight. I'm surprised to see at least two celebrities who don't seem to be enjoying being on SCD - Naga and Laura. I would be over the moon if it were me.

I think some people think learning to dance will be a bit of a laugh. They probably don't realise that if you want to be any good you need to put in hours every day and dance through literal blood, sweat and tears. Some people find it easier than others but it's not an "easy" thing to learn.

Didn't Jerry Hall only turn up for rehearsals an hour or two each day? It showed!

Oh, the other thing from my dance lesson today : my teacher said Ola has pissed off a lot of people in the dance world with her book. The stuff about which way a man "dresses" was pure titilation, and my teacher said in 30-odd years of dancing/teaching/training competitors she has never known it to be an issue.

Like I said, a trend.
