Thought I'd open up in anticipation as I have Fat Club tonight so may miss the very start.

I was going to suggest a drinking game. Take a swig every time Greg(g) gurns to camera but we would all be pissed in the first 3 minutes.

I felt really daft fourquenelles, I like your way though, I would have scoffed that Smile

ellenanora5 · 08/07/2016 21:07

I did Halsall, I really did Grin

iklboo · 08/07/2016 21:07

Why does Tina do that gormless expression every time someone talks to her? It's like someone's just asked her to translate the Rosetta Stone into Klingon.

HalsallRedux · 08/07/2016 21:07

Suddenly the major kitchen gadgets appear! I'd expected them to be painstakingly putting each half-potato through a potato-ricer by hand.

fourquenelles · 08/07/2016 21:09

Tina is very bossy.Liz and Sid are gormless.

I still can't understand these people who expect to eat huge cooked lunches with pudding at work. I wouldn't dream of doing that.

fourquenelles · 08/07/2016 21:12

It's probably a freebie and the chance to be on the telly Halsall I bet most of these people have a sandwich at their desk normally (cynic me)

OP posts:
fourquenelles · 08/07/2016 21:14

That's not a stir fry

HalsallRedux · 08/07/2016 21:14

I guess so four. But they clearly do have a canteen so presumably there is that option normally. Mind you, my workplace has a restaurant and people do flock there at lunchtime, so what do I know Grin

JuneFromBethesda · 08/07/2016 21:16

Grin iklboo

I worked in a (small, independent, boarding) school for a couple of years Halsall. Free three-course meal every lunchtime - and really good food too. It was disastrous for my waistline, so hard to resist ...

HeartsTrumpDiamonds · 08/07/2016 21:17

Pancakes? Crepes? WTAF?

They have no idea. SHE has no idea. I am not sure if this is funny or painful!

fourquenelles · 08/07/2016 21:18

I think its quite old fashioned to have a big lunch at work these days but I expect some do especially if its subsidised. I my head those people only have sardines on toast for their tea Grin

Childishly amused by John finding a little knob in his pudding

ellenanora5 · 08/07/2016 21:20

Grin iklboo, that is so true.

I wonder are the people queuing up wondering where the pizza and noodles are, that's what's advertised on the walls

fourquenelles · 08/07/2016 21:21

Shock June

OP posts:
ellenanora5 · 08/07/2016 21:21

Oh lol, there's the noodles, I'm not paying proper attention at all Smile

HeartsTrumpDiamonds · 08/07/2016 21:21

Sorry I know I'm really far behind!

HalsallRedux · 08/07/2016 21:22

June dh and I snorted at that too

JuneFromBethesda · 08/07/2016 21:23

You're right about Tina's gormless expression iklboo. Like she's catching flies.

ellenanora5 · 08/07/2016 21:25

Don't worry HeartsTrump, I missed the other night altogether ( you would think I'd be getting over it now Smile )

JuneFromBethesda · 08/07/2016 21:25

I like Louise. Definite semi-finalist there. She's nicer on this than she is on breakfast tv.

HalsallRedux · 08/07/2016 21:27

I'm sorry but WTF is Tina wearing??

ellenanora5 · 08/07/2016 21:28

Yep I agree with you June, in fairness they both did well, much better than the other two.
