We have a longstanding loathing for Castle on these threads.I'm trying to block him out.

I'm liking this so far- for two blokes with good serves, there's been a lot of other action too. But the serve dominates,no doubt about.

I like Milos. I also like the fact he has laid off the bryl creme a bit. It made him look like a vampire.

It's close between him and Mark Petchey at RG. For the same reasons, though. I hate biased commentary, whoever is playing.

Cracking final, fair play to both guys. Yep, agree about Castle. Is he still a tv presenter as well? I always think he tries to dumb down tennis commentary.

oh, I hope Mahut wins the doubles. I like him. I always think of him as very short- but he's not. Must be because I think of him alongside John Isner. Who is obviously VERY tall.

I saw him play in a tournament at Didsbury once. Many years ago. He lost, and nearly knocked me and my mother over as he marched to the car park.

Yes, Raah. Always tries to add in "the human interest" angle. Very little about actual tennis itself, as in analysis of serves or guessing the next groundstroke, etc.
