The Chinese woman might as well have got a doll...

Sparklingbrook · 13/04/2016 21:42

I am just not feeling the luxury at all. Confused

Oldraver · 13/04/2016 21:43

" I couldn't sleep during the night, coz my baby wake up, so I send him to the nursery" hahahahahahaha

crayfish · 13/04/2016 21:43

Has she even held that baby?

raisedbyguineapigs · 13/04/2016 21:45

Yes she seems very detached.

Oldraver · 13/04/2016 21:46

Whats with this holding babies at arms length when bottle feeding, surely you can cuddle them close ?

2016ismyyear · 13/04/2016 21:46

That nursery nanny and the smile thing!!!!!

crayfish · 13/04/2016 21:47

I bottle fed expressed milk to my DS and never once lay him on a cushion to do it!

Sparklingbrook · 13/04/2016 21:47

I quite liked the nursery nanny woman. Grin

2016ismyyear · 13/04/2016 21:47

No water births then?

crayfish · 13/04/2016 21:48

It's all quite medicalised isn't it?

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 13/04/2016 21:48

An epidural is £995 Shock. I had two of those.

Sparklingbrook · 13/04/2016 21:49

It really is OBEM with room service.

HarlettOScara · 13/04/2016 21:49

I'm loving nurse Doreen from Zimbabwe...telling it like it is Grin

crayfish · 13/04/2016 21:49

Did she have an epidural before she was induced?

bakeoffcake · 13/04/2016 21:49

That woman is petrified isn't she?

birchygoo · 13/04/2016 21:49

Haha love that ",what planet did they come from"

raisedbyguineapigs · 13/04/2016 21:50

Yes I was wondering about the water birth thing. Why don't they have that?

TheCrumpettyTree · 13/04/2016 21:51

I knew she'd have a maternity nurse.

HarlettOScara · 13/04/2016 21:51

By the time I was offered an epidural, I'd have given them my house if they'd have asked. £995 would have felt like a bargain at the time.

TheCrumpettyTree · 13/04/2016 21:51

I knew she'd have a maternity nurse.

crayfish · 13/04/2016 21:52

If DH had sat and eaten a three course meal while I was in labour I don't think he would have lived to tell the tale.

coffeeisnectar · 13/04/2016 21:52

So does the Chinese woman live here and her husband lives in China? Because she had a very nice nursery set up wherever they were living here and he's gone back to China.

Sparklingbrook · 13/04/2016 21:53

It was a bit rubbish they brought him the soup and curry together.

bakeoffcake · 13/04/2016 21:53

Same here crayfisk. The smell of the curry must have been disgusting!
