So, we know Glenn is currently alive but do we think he's going to die getting his head caved in by Negan like in the comics?

Is it just me that thinks wrapping barbed wire around a bat isnt a particularly good weapon? I imagine it getting stuck in stuff all the time...

Spoiling Dead info is generally quite accurate...I've had to unfollow them as their spoilers can be huge!

Tempted to have a look now though. Especially at the mention of it being a cop out!

Eugene is always great on Talking Dead. I find him really witty. He's my guilty pleasure.

Oh dear. That was sad. Right in the middle of her uplifting speech too. Did anyone notice the way she kept talking? Her brain kept going for a few seconds as she died. Awful.

So how did the blond guy get his face burnt? I'm assuming Negan found him after he pissed off with Daryl's bike?

Denise got Abe's comic death. It was being teased at the beginning of the episode. When he gets an arrow through the head, he carries on talking for a bit.

Yep, Negan burns Dwight's face. It's one of his standard punishments.

Oh my. I knew it was coming but was still very sad and shocking when it did. Denise was one of the few people in Alexandria who didn't feel like a dead weight - she was a genuinely good addition to the show.

I think the writers are really toying with us this season over who will get which deaths. There's a lot of misdirection going on.

The writing is excellent.

This episode has confirmed for me that they're toying with the comic fans. IIRC, the journey Abe and Eugene were taking at the beginning is the one where Abe gets an arrow through the eye.
