I see it's on Fox tonight: S6 E7
Is that us back from the mid season break, or is it a repeat of what we were watching before xmas?

I think I may have some point read the synopsis and found it uninspiring. I imagine I'd have slept too!

anonacfr · 02/03/2016 17:45

George was Jack Bauer's hated boss in season 1. He was the typical anti-hero who became cooler and cooler as the season went on. In the second season he epically saved LA by kamikaze-crashing a nuclear bomb in the Mojave desert, taking Jack's place (George was hiding in the back of the plane) and saving the day.
He had been radiation-poisoned earlier that day and was dying anyway but still he went out in a literal blaze of glory.

I really enjoyed Fear the Walking Dead.

Didn't think this weeks episode of TWD was as good as last 2 but I suppose they need to set up the next storyline.

CheeseAndSprinkleys I pay £4.99 a month for NowTV which I can watch live on my phone. I watch TWD at 9pm on a Monday.

I'm glad Koral decided to stay home as he's a liability whilst his eye heals. Has he lost his eye or will it be ok by some miracle?

There'll be no miracle...Coral definitely has lost his eye. Wonder if they'll make a thing of it. Depth perception is definitely one of the more useful abilities in the ZA!

Angelto5 · 03/03/2016 11:16

My ds had that thought about depth perception but it never seemed a problem when the governor lost his eye because of michonne.

CauliflowerBalti · 03/03/2016 11:24

Your brain can adjust to a degree, for the depth perception thing. Mine does - I only have vision in one eye and I'm an ace shot with an air rifle, and not TOO clumsy. But if two zombies were walking towards Coral in a completely empty field, with absolutely nothing to give him a clue on the scale, he wouldn't be able to tell which one was in front of the other until it was closer to him than someone with two working eyes. The zombie would still be far enough away to pose no risk though. I think he'll be OK.

His bloody fringe is more of a visual risk. It's reaching Daryl status. I'm such a mother. Get that greasy hair off your forehead and out of your eyes!

CauliflowerBalti · 03/03/2016 11:24

Sorry. Out of your eye.

Blondeshavemorefun · 03/03/2016 18:59

Why an eye ? The guv lost an eye

Need something else

iklboo · 03/03/2016 19:24

It's in the comics that he loses an eye Blondes. They're staying fairly close to them I understand. Apart from Daryl. He's an anomaly. Apparently.

ElderlyKoreanLady · 03/03/2016 19:25

I'd forgotten about the governor. They both seem to adjust to losing an eye rather more quickly than I thought was plausible. But then, I've never lost an eye/vision in an eye!

Blondeshavemorefun · 03/03/2016 23:10

Never read the comics and thought judith dies in them? As well as darryl not even being in them - from what others have said

So some major plots aren't the same

So the comics have a proper ending ? Or do I not want to know that as will give it away ?

BeyondTellsEveryoneRealFacts · 03/03/2016 23:34

Comics are still going. We're now roughly at about 97, and atm they go up to at least 150. So if season 6 takes us up to 100, there are already anotherr three seasons of comics written, and thats without more coming out over that time Grin

ElderlyKoreanLady · 03/03/2016 23:58

Yep, Judith is dead in the comics, Daryl doesn't exist, nor did Beth, Andrea is still alive. It can be slightly confusing going from one to the other at times Grin

MaryPoppinsPenguins · 04/03/2016 11:25

When / how did Judith die in the comics?

Part of me wishes she would just die already in the show, I get such anxiety with anything to do with her!

Blondeshavemorefun · 04/03/2016 11:37

Wow at another 3 seasons to go

What more can they do?

BeyondTellsEveryoneRealFacts · 04/03/2016 12:37

After the governor raided, when they were fleeing the prison, lori was shot while she was running carrying judith
