Following on from the first thread (we were getting a bit short on space!).

Pastry week next - it's time for the dreaded soggy bottoms!

I thught they looked like horses! PH likes to unnerve them!

Never like the idea of edible things that involve a lot of handling, iyswim. I love Nadiya but I can't fancy that peacock - too much strenuous kneading of the puffed rice. Bleurgh.

Surely Flora's making macaroons to finish off her carousel?

the music makes for stressful watching! Imagine if they were playing that while they were actually baking...!!

Poor them, sounds so stressful doing it in the time.

Thing is... when I see chocolate I want it to look like chocolate and not bright blue something..

I don't really like chocolate.

They're big on those rice crispie things on Ace of Cakes. If I'd ordered a cake from them, I'd just keep thinking about all the stroking, fondling and massaging they do - and they don't seem to wear gloves, either.

These chocolate things are blimmin' complicated!

In 1964 I made a Cheese Soufflé for my Cookery O level.

It rose brilliantly, hit the shelf above it so only half of it came out. Failed.

I'm worried about Tamal and his wonky piping.

Raahh, i did when i was younger, not so much now. Too sweet.

I can't warm to Ian, I'm sorry. And Flora's constant pointless faffing annoys me. I want Nadiya or Tamal to win.

I just think Nadiya's is a bit off the wall but maybe that's what they want?

Nadiya is going to win..!! Surely now. They love her. Even when she goes wrong on the technical, they seem to forgive that easily.

But I do wish they'd give slightly more of a brief about what they actually want. If they want chocolate skills, they should make that clearer.

I like MB as she always says something positive.

I am glad Nadiya has redeemed herself. The feathers were stunning.
