Interesting article here including an email from the scriptwriter about memory.

The bumsex is all from Noa 's PoV though, I doubt it really happened and especially not in the way he was pounding into the woman he picked up from the swimming pool. I fact, I doubt any of that happened at all tbh.

So disappointed by final episode.

Don't know if I will bother with series2.

The trouble with Scott dying is that we don't have any emotional connection to him. If you're trying to keep people's attention on the mystery surrounding someone's death you have to make that person a sympathetic character. All we know is he was found going upstairs with the daughter (odd that he was invited to the party when his SIL was waitressing there) and that he turned up at the clinic. I didn't care that that character died and don't really care who did it, either. It would have been FAR better if Cole had died simply because everyone loved him and was sorry for him for having been cheated on.

Is stat rape age diff in USA? If she was 17 and 16 over summer - not if she was 15

Age of consent is 17 in New York State. Plus a person over 21 (like Scotty) who has sex with a person under 17 (like Whitney in summer) commits statutory rape. So is quite serious offence.

I feel annoyed with myself now - obviously by having dual points of view the writers were being a bit experimental, but I didn't think they were being experimental with time. I assumed that the interviews with Noah and Alison were at the same time; it makes much more sense that they weren't.

Yuck Noah and all his shagging did Helen really let him back in her bed?? God knows what was true And what wasn't

I think I read in the next series we will get Alison and Cole's views. Think we also get to see the filled in gaps from where we are now and Alison and Noah getting together.
