On MrsPeabody's advice I've started a new one.

I think the community would have ignored it because that's what mostly happens in real life and they're preserving a semblance of real life.

Deanna didn't say how she knew. Either Jessie told her -, but I suspect she might not have done - or they'd had to intervene. Some people might even be annoyed at Jessie for 'rocking the boat' with their only doctor.

At the very least, people would have heard something from the house even if Pete was sneaky enough to hit Jessie where the bruises didn't show. It must be so quiet there.

Pete is drunk all the time so I wouldn't want him prescribing me something for athlete's foot let alone performing surgery.

There's obviously going to be an invasion next week. Whether it'll be walkers or wolves I'm not sure. Daryl and Aaron are close behind whoever they're following but there also seem to be a lot of walkers turning up. Even Aaron said there's more around than usual.

Daryl and Aaron. Aww, it even sounds nice. Grin

ScrappyMalloy · 24/03/2015 12:23

It's a good (if evil!) idea to turn walkers into weapons. Rick has got to redeem himself next week.

Midori1999 · 24/03/2015 12:48

I think Rick has just post the plot. He must be under more pressure than any of the others and I can't imagine having to think about keeping my children safe in a ZA situation. They've dealt with the governor and people from terminus basically hinting them down and starting to cut bits off of one of them to eat while he was still alive, all in quite quick succession. Rick didn't know if Judith was dead after they left the prison. Now they are in a place where people appear to be trying to behave like a civilised society and that's just so far removed to what Rick and the group have experienced. They don't really know who they can trust or for how long they may be safe. I think Michonne just walloped him as he was going crazy with a gun and if he had have shot someone that may have been he end of what could be relative safety for him and/or the group.

I don't know what I think about the 'Wolves' really. I wonder how close the TV show will follow the comics at this point. Lots of people think the wolves are based on the scavengers from the comics and they may be, but I the story has been too built up for it to be as smile as that, so if they are based on that comic storyline, maybe they've altered it quite a bit?

IdaBlankenship · 24/03/2015 13:24

I didn't really like this episode, the domestic violence storyline is just too soap opera-y considering they have just escaped from full on ZA cannibals. I also don't like the group being fractured, I prefer it when they are pulling together against a common enemy. You don't get a sense of how close they are now, they haven't had a scene all together since walking through the gates.
I am firmly against any Rick/Jessie shenanigans either now or in the future.
However, I now love Glenn even more than I did, if they kill him off now I would be properly heartbroken.

ScrappyMalloy · 24/03/2015 13:42

I like Glenn too. He is a real good guy.

I wondered also, what happened to Deanna' s declaration about her abilities to read people? She said she wanted to be a professional poker player at one time, but that oafish Nicholas seems to have her fooled.

BreakingDad77 · 24/03/2015 14:19

Im guessing that what all the videos are about trying to see if people are lying.

I can see the difficulty in trying to transition back to a normal setting and rick battling with what law and order is.

When he gives people a pass they come back to trouble him in some way not helped by lady macbeth (carol) pouring honey in his ears. In that hospital episode where the enforcement guy ran he just ran him over and shot him after asking him several times to stop.

MrsPeabody · 24/03/2015 15:36

Do you think there is anyway back for Nicholas? Or will he need to die? He seemed more terrified than evil. They made me end up liking Meryle, but I'm not sure I could forgive what happened to Noah. Though if Glen dies, who will hold the grudge?

Rambling, sorry! Smile

MrsPeabody · 24/03/2015 15:37

Do you think we are meant to be feeling the angst that they are feeling by having the group seperated: fractured? If we are feeling frustrated they must be.

BreakingDad77 · 24/03/2015 16:05

MrsPeabody its difficult with Nicholas as I'm split 50/50 on some sort of redemption after Glens talk to him, or he takes it the wrong way and then shafts them.

ScrappyMalloy · 24/03/2015 16:45

I think Nicholas has 'revenge killer' written all over him.

MrsPeabody · 24/03/2015 16:52

He is a bit cowardly though, isn't he?

I think something needs to happen and it will pull them all together again. Rick can't remain the bad guy for long surely. I don't think they will be leaving Alexandria already.

Blondeshavemorefun · 24/03/2015 17:00

Abraid2 · 24/03/2015 17:42

I don't understand why Michonne keeps staring at bits of laundry and t-shirts on her bed. Is she lamenting the lack of stain remover in Alexandria or something?

MrsPeabody · 24/03/2015 17:55

Abraid, just more symbolism shit.

Abraid2 · 24/03/2015 17:59

Mrs :)

IdaBlankenship · 24/03/2015 18:27

I thought the t-shirt was Tara's, as Rosita came in straight after and they discussed her condition. So they must be sharing a house.
Does anyone know the living arrangements? I assume Carol, Rick, Judith, Carl & maybe Daryl share one house. Abraham, Rosita, Tara, Michonne and I suppose Eugene in another. Where are Glen & Maggie?

MrsPeabody · 24/03/2015 18:51

Oh, I missed that. She stared at Tara's tshirt and then set out her uniform and sat looking complicated.

limitedperiodonly · 24/03/2015 18:54

It was Noah's t-shirt

OP posts:
MrsPeabody · 24/03/2015 19:38

Grin how has this series brought us to discussing a t-shirt?!

limitedperiodonly · 24/03/2015 19:44

Because it's MEANINGFUL MrsP

MadeinSouthWest · 24/03/2015 20:04

Do we know how Tara is? I wonder if she is likely to die and turn in the middle of whatever drama happens next week.

Strawberryhearts · 24/03/2015 20:40

She said she wanted to be a professional poker player at one time, but that oafish Nicholas seems to have her fooled.

I'd disagree with that.

I think if she had been fooled along with suffering from grief of losing her son she probably would have just exiled the group.

But I think she's torn between giving Rick's group too much power by believing them over her own people.

Even when Gabriel who as a priest you would be more likely to believe they are telling you the truth, she didn't automatically believe everything he said.

I think Deanna is quite a good leader, her only major flaw is that she's never experienced life outside of the walls.

Strawberryhearts · 24/03/2015 20:43

Do we know how Tara is?

There was a clip from next week with Carol demanding Pete continue to help her.

So she's still alive but whether she'll make it ...

I personally don't think she will die from that. It would be a wasted opportunity for them to do a death scene iyswim
