I'm not a fan of Caitlin Moran I find her quite annoying
I'm not sure if I like this comedy or not. I've not laughed yet

As the series is coming on i am starting to enjoy it more. Della is fantastic.

I agree! I didn't laugh once at the first ep.and compared it unfavourably with the excellent My Mad Fat diary. Now I'm getting used to the characters and enjoy it.I particularly like Germaine, Aretha and Mum, who, of course, get all the best lines.

I'm liking it more as it goes on. I did laugh at the Harry Potter bit this week.

drigon - I'm in agreement now, and thank goodness for that. I wanted to like it, and it took until episode four (the socialisation episode) to change my mind. I still think it would have been better placed in the 80s...

Was that the last one? I don't laugh out loud but I enjoy it and am amused, my DH on the other hand is in hysterics. There is a lot of crap on tv and it is different, the characters are different to mainstream people and proud of it, positive female role models, I like that about it. Love the babbies and Grampy.

It does not feel real, I don't care about the characters - in fact I hate them. I find Caitlin Moran occasionally funny, but mainly annoying. I could not stand to watch more than a few minutes apiece of the firat few episodes so I may well be missing out on something wonderful - but I am not losing any sleep over it.

im watching it ..i like it but it all seems like they've placed were unrealistic characters in a realistic setting ...seems odd.
