Who does the silver belong to? Maybe it was used to take the body up to the common...

TheOnlyWayThrough · 08/01/2015 11:55

Silver CAR even!

SoupDragon · 08/01/2015 11:55

Can I ask, why is Roxy "OK" about Phil taking the blame for the crash?

I don't think she is really and has other stuff to worry about like little Mitchell Cotton (I SO hope they call him that!) and Ronnie. I'm not sure she believes it

SoupDragon · 08/01/2015 11:58

If Ben is playing straight in an attempt to make Phil happy when pane wasn't bothered before, one has to wonder why now? Does he need Phil to stick up for him for something maybe...?

SpanishFly · 08/01/2015 12:10

Hurr1cane - it's a pretty badly done scene - given how crucial it actually is! - cos she says "It wasnt there" then Max says something like "What you taking about - what wasnt there?"

But what is ACTUALLY mumbled by them is -
Uh wasnt ehr.
Wha you talkin bout - huh wah there?

SpanishFly · 08/01/2015 12:13

Hurr1cane, when did Patrick fall - I keep missing crucial bits that are being referred to Grin

Hurr1cane · 08/01/2015 12:58

When they were all in the pub, dean ran in and told Denise that Patrick had a fall and he'd only left him for 5 minutes and they ran out. It was at this point that Emma seemed to have a 'penny drop' moment and ran out after them and started staring at everyone's houses.

SuchSweetSorrow · 08/01/2015 13:01

Seen in soap mag.....

Nick takes the baby to charlie from what I have seen and they have a 'heartfelt moment' Grin Good thing as I could not cope with anything happening to Ronnie's baby, would be way too much given her history.

BeCool · 08/01/2015 13:06

Can Nick please just fuck the fuck off! He's shit and boring as is Mrs bloody Doyle. Why is she living at Dots exactly?
yes yes yes please!

EE has been great again lately apart from "Nick Fucking Cotton" and his XW who IMO are both unwatchable.

CrapBag · 08/01/2015 13:10

Oh no dont tell me Charlie is going to give Nick the time of day! And how the he'll does that get explained to Roxy!!

Why exactly is Mrs Doyle standing up for Nick? Has she got this warped idea about getting the baby away from the Mitchells and into the Cotton family? That's what I thought when Charlie was saying something about family in the hospital and she said she would sort it. I thought she meant outing Nick as the one who caused the crash but instead she framed Phil. I think she was trying to get the baby away from the Mitchells so she assumed Charlie would then bring the baby home.

CrapBag · 08/01/2015 13:15

I agree BeCool, they are the only ones letting it down at the moment. Kat and Donna are pretty irritating though, oh and drippy Alfie who can't sort his way out of a paper bag and permanently lives in cloud cuckoo land thinking him and Kat will get back together. After what he did!!

What has happened to the new utterly shite Martin? Everyone greated him, him and Sonia split and he hasn't been seen since. What was the point of a new head? They could have covered that in a phone call. And why has Kush and Shabnam not been seen since they kissed? I was hoping for a cheery storyline there. possibly not with drippy shabnam involved.

MissBattleaxe · 08/01/2015 13:17

I just think John Altman's acting style sticks out like a sore thumb. It's like a panto character turning up in a serious drama. It ruins the suspension of disbelief. He is terrible!

(but apparently very nice in real life, so maybe not so shit at acting after all)

bryonyelf · 08/01/2015 13:20

Surely Mrs Doyle will find the cash though and then call the police herself on Nick - I don't think she will forgive him over the crash and this will be her revenge?

SoupDragon · 08/01/2015 13:23

I once saw John Altman in Panto as King Rat :o

Southeastdweller · 08/01/2015 13:51

I also agree J.A is a weak actor. I'm out tonight so will catch up tomorrow with the two eps but I've read there's some heavy scenes tonight with him and the actor who plays Charlie. I really wish he'd leave though I like Yvonne/Mrs Doyle.

Blondeshavemorefun · 08/01/2015 14:09

as emma looks over the square at the houses you see a silver car on drive on the left, as she looks at pics car is outside house

may mean nothing Grin

BeCool · 08/01/2015 14:13

I'm disappointed that Mrs Doyle is such a shallow, spineless person.

Back to the Lucy murder - you are all very clever with good memories!

The thing that sticks in my mind was when Emma said to the mystery person in the park "But I can't keep the secret" (I noticed shredded cup too BTW and wondered about it) - just the tone and what she said implies that the person she was talking too was A) an adult and B) someone with whom Emma has a fairly close relationship with who would ask her to keep the secret or at least think there was a chance that she might keep the secret if asked.

So I'm thinking Jane, Abby .......

SpanishFly · 08/01/2015 14:15

Still not sure I understand re the car. You mean she's realised the car is significant or that it was moved?

Cakeismymaster · 08/01/2015 14:19

I just saw on the front of one of the tv mags that ronnie dies !?! Infers she doesn't come out of coma and dies next week...noo!

BeCool · 08/01/2015 14:19

Perhaps there was a difference of where the car was in the video to where it was in the picture. Emma kept watching the video over & over, but didn't her 'penny drop' moment come looking at the photos in the folder?

BeCool · 08/01/2015 14:22

if the car was important we know Abby to be a really bad driver (killing dog), so maybe that rules her out?

We've seen Jane with her car many times over the last 6 months or so - which often struck me as a bit odd/unnecessary to show.

SpanishFly · 08/01/2015 14:23

re the car, there must be more to it than it having been moved, as that in itself isnt an odd/unusual thing

BeCool · 08/01/2015 14:26

depends on the time frame between video & photo I guess?

I did find it very odd and out of character that Jane wasn't the voice of reason re handing phone/purse over to the police and instead entrenched herself in the conspiracy to hide them. I really expected her to "do the right thing".

Southeastdweller · 08/01/2015 14:31

Yes re Jane - the phone/purse thing and taking Bobby off to Birmingham quickly after the killing...she either has to be involved with Lucy's murder somehow, or this is yet another EE character that's had a personality transplant.

CrapBag · 08/01/2015 14:45

I've Googled extensively and nothing about Samanth Womack leaving. These things guides always put headlines with a ? And they are never accurate.

Some great spoilers on Eastenders Ultra though!
