Just finished watching it.
I think Abby. She's so beige, she needs a story line.. Can't wait till this ones over though to be honest.

Blondeshavemorefun · 02/01/2015 00:25

I thoight Emma would die yet seems no one knew she had been hit - Roxy didn't seem to care she had run her Over -nor mention her

Not sure how ronnie started breathing as they had stopped 'breathing' for her and she had Flatlined ......... And I aas omg she is dead. Didn't exoevt that - but nope she is alive

How will Emma keep the secret for 7weeks unless she dies /goes Into a coma from Accident

And why the hell didn't she tell her boss who killed LUCY?

Yes why has Emma not told anyone else who the murderer is.

differentnameforthis · 02/01/2015 02:21

.

DieselSpillages · 02/01/2015 06:42

Why did Emma think the killer would be hungry and need a snack in the park ? Does this suggest a child... or maybe homeless Alfie !

Pyjamaramadrama · 02/01/2015 06:53

I think that Emma just said that so that she wouldn't be alone with the killer.

OhTinky · 02/01/2015 07:36

Best EE episode in ages! Though why Miranda had to finish late I have no idea! I watched over 5 minutes and it was really quite unfunny...

Yes to Abbi - though I want to see the night of the murder episode again so I can see what Emma has worked out.

Also an interesting storyline for Denise and Patrick - not sure I've seen it before in soap! Looks like it might be a challenging watch...

LocalEditorEssex · 02/01/2015 07:39

Since when was Mashood a suspect??

VashtaNerada · 02/01/2015 07:47

They're all a suspect... including the dog in the Vic Grin

Southeastdweller · 02/01/2015 07:54

Thanks for the new thread.

What was with Billy and the photo's of Lucy months ago? We can discount him as a suspect because he was in the square yesterday when Emma met with the killer in the park but after months of thinking it was Cindy, I now agree with a P.P on the last thread - he's covering up for Abi. Or Ben and Jay who're covering for Abi.

cogitosum · 02/01/2015 08:08

I have the whole week's to catch up on this weekend. I'm not well so hoping I can persuade dh to take out ds for the day and leave me on the sofa with a blanket and eastenders!

SoupDragon · 02/01/2015 08:12

I don't thnk it is Abby. When Emma was in the park/play ground and talked to the killer off screen, she had to look up so I assume the killer is quite a bit taller than Emma.

SoupDragon · 02/01/2015 08:13

I don't think it can be Lauren, Abby or Max because she was acting normally with them. It must be someone she is not in such close contact with.

SoupDragon · 02/01/2015 08:16

Not sure how ronnie started breathing as they had stopped 'breathing' for her

They actually carried on with the bag whilst Roxy was saying goodbye. I thght this was odd as they had said to stop. I still think it beyond unlikely that her heart would spontaneously restart though!

Figster · 02/01/2015 08:25

Checking in for tonight's installment Grin

Longdistance · 02/01/2015 08:30

Just being a tad observant, but did anyone else notice that the polystyrene cup had a chunk missing from it?
Cindy? Has anyone thrown that in the mix yet?

ScotsWhaHae · 02/01/2015 08:34

Great episode last night!

I really hope Ronnie and the baby are ok. Ronnie has just had misery after misery piled on her.

youarekiddingme · 02/01/2015 08:47

I noticed the chuck missing from the cup too - although I couldn't out any significance to it or rather relate it to a character.

The fact she noticed Patricks house and something missing could indicate Denise.

I'm however sticking with Abi but wonder of that's because the producers are hinting at it heavily and trying to make us think that way.

In 'what's on TV' this week Jaqueline who plays Lauren has said she doesn't think it's her but could see why the producers would make it her. She said she suspects dean, Abi, or peter.

I have to say it's very clever to write a murder and then be able to change the killer. I remember the Stacey reveal over Archie and her saying she had no idea to just before and was given the lines.

Anyone know the date of the live episode?

waithorse · 02/01/2015 09:01

EE tweeted last night something about the big reveal being the 19th of Feb. So I'm assuming that's the live episode.

RedTinsel · 02/01/2015 09:05

Soupy - I agree, it can't be any of the Brannings. When they were in the kitchen with Emma they were all acting normally. Abi wouldn't have just walked out of the room if she'd just confessed to murder.

youarekiddingme · 02/01/2015 09:08

I thought it would be 19th - that's the date jane announced the wedding is on Tuesday!

youarekiddingme · 02/01/2015 09:11

I still suspect Abi but the thing that's making me question it is not the kitchen scene but before that - when she rang she said "it's Emma, glad I got hold of you". I wouldn't have thought she would say it's Emma to any of the brannings?

Who was living in flat with Jake where blood was found?

SoupDragon · 02/01/2015 09:15

Aleks was there at the time I think. Possibly Tosh?

SoupDragon · 02/01/2015 09:17

It can't be any of the characters who were in the pub when Lee walked in after the scene with Emma talking to the murderer. I don't think it can be anyone at the wedding either.

VashtaNerada · 02/01/2015 09:23

Whoever it is, Emma had some affection for - otherwise she'd just have called it in immediately. She's giving them the chance to hand themselves in. So, either someone she knows well (Brannings/Beales) or someone otherwise young or vulnerable.
