Bloody hell everyone, I disappear for no more than a couple of hours to visit my friend whose Mum died over Christmas, having written a throwaway line about our Acceptance author lurking/declaring herself and then I come back to find she does declare herself and then Rhubarb also confesses she has been doing Another Time Another Place as well! Welcome oneforthegirls and great writing to both you and Rhubarb.
If you think about it, we shouldn't really be surprised that the best stories have come from people on here. This thread is just ace! There has been so much inspiration and support too.
Didn't LaurieLove message NappyValley and say she was amongst us? Is it time we smoked her out as well maybe? Mind you, she has been very quiet since the lovely "My Man" and NappyValley, we wish you would come back to us too!
I have done quite a few reviews but when I tried to create an account, I must have done something wrong and it won't accept my ID. There's no help facility either to get me out of my mess so I am having to review as "guest", sorry.
Been doing lots of boring chores today such as sewing, mending and cleaning shoes but it does mean I have been able to watch all five episodes, though not one straight after the other. For some reason, I started at episode 5 (as I just love the restaurant scene) and then worked back. I'm typing this whilst watching the very first episode. It's not my favourite as CJ comes across as the chauvinistic officer type I have met via MoD and RAF work colleagues as I've said in the past, but I am trying to see his good points. Well, there are one or two...........
