The way the weather is going, it might be another night of writing!

I'm going to brave the windy weather and heading out for a drink with a friend. No OG chat as for some bizzarre reason she watched it and CJ didn't register with her, bonkers!!!

onlygirljen I'm keeping everything crossed that the next bout of weather heading your way isn't as bad as predicted. The idea that you could be without electricity by which to type more and an internet connection to upload more is too much to bear. You are confine to barracks. I need more excellent ff from you.

Finally finished the birthday cake and all the other prep, other than sarnies (which the kids probably won't eat ... Why do we bother?!) which will be tomorrow mornings job. Unfortunately my culinary skills don't extend to making any sort of CJ :( I could probably make a sausage out of icing ... But NOOOOOOO!!!

Just briefly dropping in. onlygirl its on my list of must reads!

Apart from the obvious attractions I have to say that the Musketeers is rubbish! It looks as if their idea of beefing it up for a post 9pm audience is just murdering a few people, willy nilly! I can't believe they recommissioned this instead of more truly gritty and inspiring drama - any ideas come to mind?

Hello all, I survived the winds, God it's horrid out. nickel you made me laugh about the sausage of icing, and reminded me of many years ago I made a cake in the shape of a penis for a friends hen night. It was horrid, but very funny at the time!

I've recorded the musketeers, it's a shame that the plot is a bit flaky, but aramis is rather hunky. cherin the Good Wife is brilliant. Alicia and Will, brilliant chemistry between them.

Visitors now gone. My friend's new partner kindly offered to do the washing up so that we had a chance to chat about more girly things. She knows of my CJ obsession as I had told her before Christmas and feel quite safe she won't judge me as she doesn't have a television so clearly hasn't a clue! I have shown her the odd photo though on my phone.

I also told her about the ff and that I had co-written one of them (what a long time ago that seems now). Although she said she'd not heard of ff, when I mentioned 50 Shades, she did seem to recall the association.

Going back to the sausage theme earlier today, remember Mansfield Mike and his 50 sausage challenge? Would we be up to a 50 CJ sausage challenge do you think?

Off to read onlygirl's latest offering. I see the Five Years On has two new chapters too. I will be very, very late to bed tonight.
