Tat on Cbeebies; a list

I love a lot of the stuff that pops up on Cbeebies, as does my 2 yr old boy, but there's also a lot of tat, IMHO.

TAT: shoddy animation, feeble and random storylines, too-silly voices, tedious stereotypes, inaccessible characters:
Waybuloo; Peter Rabbit; Octonauts (should be decent, they're trying really hard, but it's just annoying); Tree Fu Tom; Grandpa In My Pocket; Boj (what the hell is going on?); Balamory; Driver Dan's Story Train; Cloud Babies; Raa Raa; ZingZillas; The Ruddy Tweenies

DECENT: flaws more than overcome by intelligent writing, quality animation, characters you can like, proper stories:
Mike The Knight (despite the stupid dragons); Chuggington; Bob The Builder; Postman Pat (despite stupid Pat); Abney & Teal; Rastamouse; Little Robots; Baby Jake

Three shows on Cbeebies are PROPER QUALITY DECENT: Qpootle; Dinopaws; Timmy Time

Abney & Teal nearly makes it into my PQD list, but not quite.

How did I miss I Can Cook off my shit list? Katie looks a lovely person but augh the stupid, unfunny, "let's all pull hilaaarious funny faces!" NOT FUNNY crapness. I would honestly have Big Cook Little Cook.

Minibeasts with Jess. Annoying little catchphrase but fascinating info!!!!

Baby Jake is creepy.

Octonauts is da bomb.

For all it's patchiness, I really like that CBeebies regularly features disabled children, actors and presenters. In that respect it's a really progressive channel.

TAT: Mike the Knight- what a horrible little sod.
Me Too with it's frantic polka music and boring episodes and manically grinning Per Una accident Granny Fucking Murray,
Most of the shit CGI cartoons, Kerwhizz- it's a quiz show you can't participate in and a computer game you can't play an the host is just weird looking.
