Where are Jeff's forgotten children? Confused
And why couldn't Fletch come down in the lift?

She's the same character every time Grin

Sparklingbrook · 29/11/2014 21:22

Surely you can't bring your child to work in a hospital.

OohOod · 29/11/2014 21:27

Is there anyone left who's not in midst of a crisis?

Sparklingbrook · 29/11/2014 21:28

Can you imagine if Mrs Tembe (Doctors BBC1 weekdays 1.45pm) was on reception? She would be having none of this.

OohOod · 29/11/2014 21:40

Oh yes she'd be fab. Telling everyone off.
The doctors would never cope though as they're not used to patients Grin

OohOod · 29/11/2014 21:47

Aha just said to dh

OohOod · 29/11/2014 21:47

Sorry !
Honey would be there

Grace was born when my DD was a few months old. My DD is 7. Grace appears to be older.

EBearhug · 29/11/2014 22:33

It's a bit of a shock to me. Somewhere in my head, Grace was about 15, so it was a bit of a surprise to see someone much younger.

Icimoi · 29/11/2014 23:03

Preening myself for diagnosing the tattoo problem 10 minutes before the cast. Why bother with a medical degree when you can learn diagnosis skills by watching telly?

18yearstooold · 29/11/2014 23:13

I diagnosed wilsons in that bloke that was in doctors last week as soon as I saw the ring, about 10 seconds before Ethan

I'm sure someone has had it before in casualty, can't think of another possible reason I would know about it

Mumoftwoyoungkids · 29/11/2014 23:23

When is Lee Mead going to sing? He and Max keep muttering about being in a band and I really want the "ooh Lofty you sing like someone who has several years professional experience" moment?

spudmasher · 29/11/2014 23:30

My DD is on Casualty in a few weeks!!
Thinking of having a party where everyone comes with an injury/ ailment.

Sparklingbrook · 29/11/2014 23:31

I think they should put on a production of Joseph personally....

Pixel · 30/11/2014 01:39

How come none of the staff have children who ever do as they are told? Brats the lot of them. If I'd gone into work with one of my parents at that age I'd have been in a quiet corner with a book for the duration. Darling Grace makes my hand itch!

EBearhug · 30/11/2014 12:50

I thought with Connie, they were making a point about career women being rubbish mothers. (See also: Jac in Holby.) Though to be fair, I can't think of any children on Casualty who have behaved okay. Mind you, "child behaving normally and doing what they're told most of the time and generally being okay," is not a very exciting storyline. Children are only allowed to be well-behaved if they've got a terminal disease or are carers for a parent and/or sibling or have other challenging problems to deal with. You can't be just normal and well-behaved.

OohOod · 30/11/2014 13:32

All the normal ones are at the CM/school etc though rather than loitering around casualty surely Wink

Jac and Connie aren't average women are they either. Connie is super bitch ( now losing control) and Jac is screwed up by her upbringing. I think if she'd stayed with Jonny he could have mellowed her and helped her but they couldn't have good things in soaps as we'd all switch off.

Mumoftwoyoungkids · 30/11/2014 23:37

Is Charlie still bringing up Megan? (His granddaughter.) He seems to have a lot of spare time to go to the pub for someone who is essentially a single parent with a young child.

Moln · 01/12/2014 21:14

Mrs McCluskey!!!! Is that who she was!!!!

Do I need to start watching Holby City, knew nothing about Connie's daughter, I was also expecting her to be around 15.

I starting to develop a real thing for Ethan, such a shame he's fictional.

OodKingWenceslas · 01/12/2014 21:31

I've been watching old casualty today. Much longer shifts on that one .
