ilovechristmas - you see this is why I'd be a crap police officer. I instinctively like her, which is clouding all other judgment - and to do their job, the police can't just instinctively like people. This programme has really renewed my respect for the police.

I instinctively dislike the sniffer.

choochiwoo often guilty and not guilty people do. It's often the advice of the solicitor for any number of reasons. The idea is that it is the suspects job to prove the police case. That's not saying I don't think that guy is guilty though!

according to her ChoochiWoo and given the facts of what she has done (breaking in, trying to entice sex etc) I wouldn't take her statement as pure fact
