Gutted, we are all surprised at how much we hate Peter capaldi! Was so looking forward to this! Its pants!

I am really liking it! I only watched from when Matt Smith came into it, as a child I hated it in the 80's and never fancied it at all when it started again.

So Matt Smith was my doctor as he was the only one I watched, and I really enjoyed it, but am loving the new doctor, and I thought I would not at all, but I like that he is a bit bad tempered and grumpy and sort of gets ppl's backs up.

Did not like Clara at all when she first came in, but am preferring her with PC.

I loved that episode! There was a good dash of Malcolm Tucker in Capaldi's performance tonight, makes me suspect Moffat is a Thick Of It fan too!

Dcs have both opted out - ds is watching Pokemon to get it out his head before sleeping!
Loved that, understood it all, nothing too hard.

Not bad! The bickering with Robin went on a bit but I'm quite enjoying
Grumpy Doctor. Ben Miller was great, as always (I'd have been quite happy for him to have got the part of the Doctor actually).

Was much better this week because we had the subtitles on Wink.

Liked this episode a lot... but DS is completely terrified after just watching the advert for next weeks episode... had to use a torch to check that under his bed was all clear before he would get into it!

We had to turn the sound up as well. Perhaps it was the same production team that filmed Jamaica Inn.

I much prefer PC to Matt Smith who I never liked. He gabbled his lines and I found him hard to follow, but PC talks at a more normal rate.

I thought that many of the one liners last night reminded me of Blackadder. Some of Robin Hood's lines were very similar to something Lord Flashheart would have said.

Overall it was a relief not to watch it with a notepad and pen, cross referencing the characters and events Grin
