rafa it was a long the lines of how Tim would have dealt with a particular shot. And Tim started going on about how he would attack it aggressively. It was the way Jimmy asked though-he sounded like he was taking the piss.

Tim and Aggressive do not belong in the same sentence.

I'd like a Grigor/Fed final.

I thought Grigor was so dignified when he won - realised that the crowd weren't too happy (but appreciative) & he didn't go wild. Classy man.

Serena questioned Grigor's taste & said he had a 'black heart', and Shrieky shot back criticising Serena's relationship with her coach who was married with children...

I saw an interview with Marion Bartoli and she was asked if Shrieky and Serena get on. She replied that they sit at opposite ends of the locker room. :o

I am really not surprised there is not love lost between.

Order of Play

This is the day when I feel is all coming to an end, because there are no men's matches.

But at least the women's look quite interesting.

Bouchard/Halep - seriously torn. Leaning towards Halep, as I think she's had a great year. I think these 2 are going to be serious rivals.

Kvitova/Safarova- I've always liked Kvitova, so she's my pick. She's not really backed up her win at Wimbledon previously, so this might be her chance. They are team mates, and know each other really well. Could be a good match.

Both matches have the potential to be 3 setter- but you never know in the semis, strange things happen

I'm already getting withdrawal symptoms...

I know- I had a slight twinge that Rafa is not still around, this morning.

Then I remembered Grigor's annihilation of Murray yesterday, and felt better . Have read bits and pieces- such a lot of 'Murray not seeming himself' . Not so much 'Dimitrov played a great match'.

The Fed/Raonic match can start, then it will rain a bit. They will just put the covers on for a bit. Then decide to put on the roof. By that time, nearly an hour will have passed, so I won't miss too much.

I will find out how Ds enjoyed his trip, on Monday, when Wimbledon is over bad mother

But I am doing a good deed, by taking one of the girls home from the airport. I have to pick dd1 up from school anyway, and this girl lives opposite.

I shall miss the Ladies Final on Saturday. I think.

Because my loom band bracelets are in such demand. I offered to make some as leaving gifts for little ones at the school where a relative works. Thought it would be a class - oh no, the fecking SCHOOL !

Saturday is apparently the only time we can go buy the bands. And no one in my family does getting up & going out early. It is not good enough that I know what colours to get etc, no, relative wants to CHOOSE them and cannot do this without me. FFS.

DS has an ortho appt tomorrow but its early !

Oh no I've just remembered I arranged to go out all day tomorrow when I was out on Monday night.

Not really bothered about who wins this match. Ideally I would like both Halep and Bouchard to win the other one but will support Bouchard I think. Really wish that match was the final.

This year, Dh has been warned that i will not be going out Sunday

He is at work til 3, so I will want the dcs to leave me to yell at the tv. I am hoping for a good final- and not a one sided one. My worry is a Djok/Raonic final- in my head, it will be a Djok easy win, and I don't know why.

loom bands are taking over our house. I got dd1 a loom, and she has been attempting different patterns. She's not quite mastered them yet

I will probably watch the ladies final- just to avoid doing anything else
