If the Corrie writers do ever read this then please, please get rid of Michelle. She brings absolutely nothing, she isn't a 'tough character' she is just a pain in the arse and Kym Ryder only seems able to do 'shrewish'.

Oh, no, I just came here to rave about Michelle's acting in the Steve reveal episode Just watched and thought she was fantastic!

I'm with Garlic - sort of. I think Michelle is a pretty awful character and I like Steve, but she should not put up with all the crap she gets from him either, they both treat each other like shit, it's certainly not one way.

In this particular instance he was in an impossible position, but all the Andrea stuff, all the buying the pub without telling her and letting Liz move in with them stuff, they really would be better off without each other.

Steve is a tosser when you look at what he does, rather than how 'sweet' he is. I just loved the way Michelle went all Shakespearian, but not over the top. And appeared without her eyeliner

I thought the Roy and Carla scenes were so moving; it's worth putting up with all the rubbish when a scene like that comes along.

Been away for a night, so just caught up with Friday's. Michelle looked awful in the shouting at Steve scene. I've never seen anyone manage to frown with the sides of their nose whilst their foreheads stay so still

I think the problem with Maddie is the character, the girl who plays her would be better in a different part as she seems to out-act Wooden Webster in every scene they do "naaawww Maddehhh"

Agreed, she's a great little actress (showed my age there!) Really vibrant. I'm sticking up for Kym/Michelle, despite her immovable eyebrows. She did proper anger & disappointment. I'm pissed off that she's going to go back to Steve ... and interested to see the relationship between her & Rob getting stronger That would be one in the beautiful eye for Tracey, and brilliant for Carla!

Agree Miley I've been saying the same I really think maddie is a good actress. I think they may soften her and make her more likeable like they did with Bekki who was awful when she first came into the street and ended up one of the best characters ever Imo.

Yes Michelle is a nag and not very nice to our lovely Steve, but all the lies he has told !MN would have told her to LTB .The worst was when he bought the Rovers saying it was for her and brought Liz in to run it
