Hope no one minds - was just about to post on the thread but it was full.

What DVD? I missed that. Has no one watched it yet then or was it a red herring?

When I did the tour they said all the hospital scenes are filmed in the medical centre on Rosamond St.

I hope they don't drag out the whodunnit for months.

I think Carla will be in the frame and Peter will say it was him to get her off the hook.

agree,i can see this being dragged out, everybody thinking its someone else

AnneEyhtMeyer · 27/05/2014 21:48

I just want Peter to leave quickly.

So it was an accident, why doesn't Rob just say that to the police and put us all out of our misery, we know what happened, they don't need to keep us in suspense

It's the bloody rovers fire all over again

JodieGarberJacob · 27/05/2014 22:03

Anne, there was a balcony over the builder's yard on the tour, I posed under it on Monday as I knew it was pivotal this week!

theywillgrowup · 27/05/2014 22:03

oh god yeah forgot that one

AnneEyhtMeyer · 27/05/2014 22:04

I jusr saw a trailer for a show with Philip Glenister - he could easily play Rob's dad, they are dead ringers.

He would be good in Corrie. A real manly man.

Both dd2 and I said that the van that Tracey got into and the one she got out of looked completely different, did anyone else think that? Actually I might watch it again on +1 as I quite enjoyed tonight's episode.

AnneEyhtMeyer · 27/05/2014 22:05

Was there, Jodie? I must have missed it - I was probably too busy getting awestruck by the sight of Roy's Rolls.

Did you notice the two houses next to the butcher's? I couldn't think whose they were.

AnneEyhtMeyer · 27/05/2014 22:11

Yes - we had the exact same thought when we were there. Who lives there? We just couldn't think.

We also saw the chip shop next to the medical centre which they seem to have forgotten exists lately.

OP posts:
JodieGarberJacob · 27/05/2014 22:27

The chip shop's tiny compared to the kebab shop. I don't think I remember it at all. What we all loved was the back drop of the road under the arch next to the chip shop. It was HUGE! I'm going to look out for that the next time we see Rosamund Street!

AnneEyhtMeyer · 27/05/2014 22:31

Yes, it was really good, wasn't it? Close up it was rubbish, but standing near Audrey's it looked really good!

I liked Maxine's bench!

I thought it was a pretty good episode tonight. Felt sorry for Owen - just shows how much they have changed his character

JodieGarberJacob · 27/05/2014 22:54

Oops I don't know how to do links on the app...

AnneEyhtMeyer · 27/05/2014 22:56

Tonight was disappointing!
Months of dragging it out to just cram it into 33 minutes... The 'murder' was pretty shite too.
I am clearly the only one who has a massive woman crush on Tina though, she's beautiful! I can totally see how she wins sexiest female, although she's a lot prettier in real life without the Chavvy hoops and dodgy outfits.

TulipOHare · 28/05/2014 00:51

I always think Tina looks a million times better when she has her hair down instead of in that big lump on top of her head.

hildasmuriel · 28/05/2014 08:33

I actually thought Peter's attempts to justify and play down his affair were quite funny and showed how pathetic he is. Please can the Street now have a moritorium on
Affairs
Murders
Stalking
Lingering deaths.

Please can we see more humour and realistic stories.

JodieGarberJacob · 28/05/2014 11:41

There are enough characters to make the humour as well. Sally, Deirdre, Steve, the Tinker household, David, Eileen, Rita and Norris, Mary, in fact there's more than I thought!

squoosh · 28/05/2014 11:52

Rose I think Tina is beautiful, or at least would be without the nuclear tan and tattooed eyebrows. She would look so much better if she toned it down a tad.
