They are obviously building up the suspects for Lucy's murder - Billy, Jake, Max. I think it may drag on a bit if they are keeping it going until next February.

I was wondering that about the police. But then I thought is Charlie even a policeman? It was weird how he came to her house with the woman officer and then came back to say he was Nick's son. Surely if this was true and he is a policeman the police would have realised? His surname is Cotton?!
