I posted, but it did not post, that ds1(10) (Err , where is Badvoc, my fellow ds(10) musketeers lover) begged to watch episode 7. Have just finished watching it.
He thinks Aramis us the best.
I lived all the Athos bits.
We spent ages , pausing, whilst we discussed all the characteristics of all the musketeers, king, Treville, everyone.

It's those leather shoulder thingy pieces a top the leather jackets a top the leather trousers and lots of strapping that makes it for me (I may have mentioned this before...)

I can't help that think we're rank amateurs in the Musketeer admirer stakes compared to the people women who's gifs we keep linking to. I spend enough time on this thread alone as it is without creating stuff to fill tumblr with! It's nice of them to make the effort though - saves us having to.

Re the gaps under the arms. The BBC would probably have you believe some gubbins about ease of movement, but it's blatantly obvious it's just to add another level of phwoarosity to the leather uniforms.

(although we did clear up on thread one that it's all about objectifying historical/fictional characters so that's all right.
