Does anyone else watch it? Or is it just me...

I love it because it reminds me of another life when I used to sew (before the DC's came along and before I lost the footpedal to my sewing machine in a house move).

The contestants are just so talented and I like the beardy man judge too. Anyone else?

so glad it's tuesday night. been a miserable day; need a bit of cosy tv escapism

Roussette · 25/02/2014 20:13

and that's what this is... yes... escapism.

This challege is soooooo hard... I would be incapable, I'm in awe

It just looks so tricky! Lots of potential for going very wrong.

oif · 25/02/2014 20:18

Yes that's the kind of thing that would drive me bananas.

V quiet in here tonight

Logg1e · 25/02/2014 20:18

I'm with you oif very difficult, emotional day and I'm ready for this bit of comfort telly. Husband has packed me up to bed with a cup of tea. Bliss.

Logg1e · 25/02/2014 20:19

I'm not keen on the woman wearing dungarees tonight. She's a bit sharp.

Roussette · 25/02/2014 20:21

I could just do with a huge bar of chocolate and all would be good...

oif · 25/02/2014 20:21

I need a cup of tea but I was too unorganised to get it before sitting down and don't want to get up now. Should have gone during the boring history bit!

MaryWestmacott · 25/02/2014 20:23

Dungree woman is Julie - here's a list of the runners and riders

Jellykat · 25/02/2014 20:24

I don't like Heather, she's a bit smug.

Logg1e · 25/02/2014 20:25

Ha ha! I'm laughing at the judges using a ruler.

MaryWestmacott · 25/02/2014 20:25

I agree about Heather, she's just not fitting in the feel of this.

I think the one with the elephants is skirt I want to wear the most.

MaryWestmacott · 25/02/2014 20:27

(obviously elephant skirt being made several sizes bigger so it actually fits me)

Roussette · 25/02/2014 20:27

Yes Heather is a bit full of herself ...but she won that challenge. Julie keeps not listening and doing her own thing doesn't she..

What the four and a half is Claudia wearing? Is my telly distorted...

I like Heather when she's happy because it seems a very genuine, sincere smile.

But there are others who are a bit easier to take to.

Jellykat · 25/02/2014 20:29

This task is fun!

Logg1e · 25/02/2014 20:29

This is a good challenge!

Jellykat · 25/02/2014 20:30

Grin Logg1e

Logg1e · 25/02/2014 20:30

Ha ha, snap!

Logg1e · 25/02/2014 20:31

Wow, I hadn't thought about making a child's dress. I was thinking about a shirt with different material around the shoulder and back. I can't really describe it.

oif · 25/02/2014 20:33

There are a lot of 'shirt to child's dress' type patterns on Pinterest so that's the only thing I would have been able to think of, although I wouldn't have had the first clue how to do it!

Yes - Claudia's weird fabric tube has puzzled me too Roussette

oif · 25/02/2014 20:34

oh no… I was puzzled when I saw the top half, but I didn't even realise the trouser bottom! yikes

oif · 25/02/2014 20:35

Like tamara's a lot.

Jellykat · 25/02/2014 20:37

Hah Heather, ya boo sucks!
