Michonne must have a special force field of awesomeness around her which even walkers wouldn't dare to cross...
I have thought long and hard about trees - every time they're out in the woods, I say "Why the hell don't they just climb a tree".
THe problem, I think is what would happen if a load of walkers swarmed around the bottom of the tree, how would you ever get down? unless Monroe can figure out how to make those walkways, and quick!
Also - how come when Bob slept on the roof of a van, the walkers passed by and didn't notice him. But when Glenn woke up from unconsciousness at the prison, hundreds of walkers were trying to get to him. How come it's one rule for one, then another rule whenever the plot needs it?
So far we have:
- Walkers can't detect you if you cover yourself in guts and act like a walker. BUT if the rain washes off the guts, they can smell you.
- Walkers can't detect you if you just walk like a walker, a la Michonne. Helps if you camouflage yourself among a couple of pet walkers. But for this to work, how come #1 is true?
- If you sleep among walkers, a la Maggie, they won't detect you until you move. But again, see #1
- If you sleep up high, they won't notice you and pass you by
- If you're Glenn asleep up high.. they will.
- Michonne can kill walkers by chopping their heads off with her sword.
- When Hershel was decapitated, his head was later found gnashing its teeth as a zombie. If this was possible, what about #6? (or perhaps their heads to roll around gnashing, but they're no longer a threat)
I think the writers should have written out some hard and fast 'rules of walker behaviour' and stuck them on their wall to abide by with all episodes!!!!
