From what was said by her partner and Michonne in the episode I thought he had killed the baby and maybe himself. Remember in her dream he was saying what was the point in living and what was there left for the baby etc (I think they were in a camp) then when she found the walker in the biker place she was saying that he was wrong and he and the baby could have been with her. I could be wrong but that's how I took it. I thought it was a good episode although Carl is sooooo annoying!!! Next week's episode looks good tho. I do have to say tho, that with all those survivor types milling around the prison I am amazed that not one of them said 'maybe we should arrange a place for us all to meet up in case the worst happens and we all get separated' I mean I do that when I go to town with my mum maybe that's just me

I was a bit bored I really enjoyed Michonne, and I like Rick but I can't stand Carl.

And,by rights, he should have died at least 3 times last night. And yet he didn't. It's really improbable. Especially shoe zombie, that should definitely have bitten him. I was willing it to happen

I think we're supposed to think that her boyfriend killed the little boy and himself. That's definitely the impression I got - and I think that sort of thing would be really common in those circumstances. Poor Michonne.

In other news, we have a Samurai sword and now I really really want to fashion a knife block to keep it in in the kitchen. That amused me no end.

I was amazed at how different Michonne looked during her flashback/dream. Her whole face and voice were different - shows what a good actress she is. I love Ninja Michonne.

Can't bloody stand "Coorrraaal" a.k.a Carl. Cocky little shit. I found the episode a little predictable, knew that Rick would survive but that Carl would think he was zombified and almost kill him.

I too have been screaming at the TV - "why didn't they all agree a rendezvous plan in the event of them losing the prison"... but I think the bus was their plan. It seems they didn't have a plan B.

And also, how come they all seem to have dispersed in completely different directions?

AND (on a roll now) how is it that there seem to be residential houses that a) haven't yet been cleared of their zombie ex residents, years after this all began and b) haven't been completely looted of all food yet. And all within walking distance of the prison. Surely they would have systematically gone through all nearby houses while they were there?

That has to be Carl's new nickname.

He had improved in the first half of the season but he bored me so much last night.
Annoying little brat- at least he realised there is no way he can survive on his own. He might be able to play boss and shoot walkers from a distance but close up things are a hell of a lot different.
And yes, he did waste his ammo.

I quite like his written note on the door though.

And the end was lovely. Rick actually laughing (when did that last happen) and saying 'it's for you'. Sweet.
I wonder if Michonne is bringing the shoe back.

I've grown quite fond of Coral. He is annoying, but he's a teenager, he'll get over it.

Felt so sorry for Michonne though, glad she found them. And it made a change to see Rick smile.

I wondered whether Michonne would have Coral's shoe too - would cement her as the double-hard Samurai Ninja AND indicate that she cares for her friends by doing something like that for them.

I never did like Coral, even when he was just a little kid who we should have felt sorry for. He always had an attitude. (and he's a crap actor, thanks for hitting the nail on the head upthread, I couldn't put my finger on why he irritated me so much. It's because he's wooden)

Someone mentioned the Webisodes on another thread - they're well worth a watch if anyone's interested. They give some interesting points of view, including how it was when it all first began - because of course we missed that on the main series as Rick was unconscious.

Hello Walking Dead fans!

I was a bit disappointed at last nights episode, very slow moving, bit of an anticlimax after waiting months for the second part of season 4. I too have a dislike for Coraaal, he's a wee shite. Looking forward to next week. Interested to see what unravels with Michonne's character.

I'll admit to feeling bad for Coral when he was sitting in the teen's room - but at least he's alive.

Agree with pp about his inability to fight in close quarters - which can be chalked up to inexperience but he really does need to get over himself. He had the right idea with the in-ground light fixture and then turned to his gun.

Hopefully Michonne can help with that training (since Carol's currently unavailable) and now that Rick is seeing him as a man and not a little kid, his character will grow up too.

Loved seeing Michonne's softer side, was made up for her when she found Rick and Coral.

I thought Michonne freaked out about the walkers as that one who looked a bit like her kept walking alongside. Maybe it made her think she didn't want to end up alone and like that so she turned back.

I really thought Coral was done for in that house with the walker, he's such a whiney little arse!
I am deer ate to know what has happened to Judith, I hope they don't drag that on like the Sophia storyline! The clips at the end for next weeks show seemed to show a lot of the others so hopefully we'll find out some more.
I wondered why they never take any clean clothes from the houses, they must stink. Mind you, in a zombie apocalypse I guess being a bit stinky would be the last of your problems!

It really irritates me that they aren't getting smarter at avoiding the zombies. Why isn't anyone else using Michonne's pet zombie trick? They could have lined the fence with armless, jawless zombies to disguise the fact that there was fresh meat inside the prison. Glen and Rick found out they could cover themselves with zombie guts and walk through a crowd of zombies undetected, yet we've never seen anyone do this since.

Just when I was warming to corol he's back to pissing me off again. I actually wanted shoe zombie to bite him. I'm also thinking michonne is stood on the porch holding it up. I did really enjoy seeing more of her back story. She just grows in awesomeness.

And yes, plan b folks. I've been saying it all along but did they learn nothing from the farm? Secondary location/meeting point pre stocked with food and vehicles and nobody ventures out without a map in their pocket and a clipboard round their neck. That's how I'm running my post apocalyptic camp. Which will be surrounded by armless jawless walkers (good point Zachary)
