Went to Tenerife for a week, Juan. Was good to get away from all the wind and rain we've had. Of course the first stay was cold, cloudy and blowing a gale. Got much better after that though.

Oh whereabouts in Tenerife did you go? I went in the summer with the four dc (dh couldn't come), that was an experience I'm not keen to repeat in a hurry :) We went to Los Gigantes.

I'm not surprised Pot has pulled out, didn't really expect him to play to be honest. He's got to bite the bullet now and get it sorted properly, while he's still young enough to make a comeback, or it's game over I fear. And that would be awful for me. Er, I mean for him :)

We were going back to Costa Adeje but couldn't find anywhere cheap, with decent reviews and available last minute. Ended up going to Playa de las Americas instead.

Have read a bit about Andy and Ivan now. I'm still surprised though, seemed like a successful partnership. Whoever Andy goes for as coach next, they need to be a strong personality IMO.

Doesn't sound like Murray dumped Lendl- apparently Lendl wants to play more senior tournaments.

Aww I'm jealous. Wish I was seeing ds. Mine,that is not yours. Although I'm sure yours is very nice. My ds1 has gone to see his grandma in Wales for the weekend. Hope you have a lovely time - don't bore him with tennis talk.
