Vera leaving the cobbles really made me blubbing. I'm not sure if Hayley's departure will make me feel the same?

Am hoping Phelan will die......

alemci · 26/03/2014 20:47

can't stand Phelan. boring and depressing now.

AnneEyhtMeyer · 26/03/2014 21:36

I've stopped listening when Owen / Gary / Phelan / Anna are on. I just don't care at all about them or the storyline.

eddiemairswife · 26/03/2014 23:30

I have to put sub-titles on when Katie is speaking.

mileysorearse · 27/03/2014 08:02

Do we think Phelan might fall from the top of the building site? If so, I hope he takes his annoying wife with him.

JodieGarberJacob · 27/03/2014 08:13

Maybe that's how Tina dies? Phelan is pushed off the top of the building site and lands on Tina. Won't be any more far-fetched than other things that are happening at the moment.

JeanSeberg · 27/03/2014 09:43

Phelan's wife is like somebody doing a bad impression of Cilla Black.

DesperateHousewife21 · 27/03/2014 15:59

His wife speaks so weirdly and she sort of wafts around when she enters a room. If she did that in mu house Id be very Hmm NO ONE in RL walks or talks like that.

ajandjjmum · 27/03/2014 17:49

Love it Jodie - you should apply to Corrie - they obviously need good scriptwriters at the moment!

Peppermintlover · 28/03/2014 08:17

Jodie that made me laugh out loud - nice work!!!

SweetestThing · 28/03/2014 15:43

Just seen that the actor who plays Rita has been arrested for drink-driving. Poor Corrie - it always seems to be for something bad if one of their cast is featured in the news.

eddiemairswife · 28/03/2014 15:47

Her daughter was arrested first, then Rita drove to Police Station to demand her release and got arrested herself. It's a lot better than most of the current story-lines!

Lighthousekeeping · 28/03/2014 16:22

She's good for 80. I seriously don't know how Corrie will cope when the oldies start popping off.

JodieGarberJacob · 28/03/2014 20:34

Aargh can't watch again. You just know it's going to end badly for Owen and Gary.

thenightsky · 28/03/2014 20:44

Oooh Izzy is 'acting'.

squoosh · 28/03/2014 20:58

So Stella is just going to move to NYC just like that? What about her visa? what about money?

NuggetofPurestGreen · 29/03/2014 14:20

Still though at least someone who's leaving is actually going somewhere far away not just moving to London and acting like it's on the other side of the planet.

NuggetofPurestGreen · 29/03/2014 14:29

I think David and Kylie's 'role playing' thing is the worst think I've ever seen on telly. Boak.

mileysorearse · 29/03/2014 18:20

I missed the big farewell scene with Stella and didn't realise she was going to NYC. Is that her gone for good then?

NuggetofPurestGreen · 29/03/2014 18:21

Did she actually go yet? Maybe I missed that bit.

squoosh · 29/03/2014 18:25

I don't think she's left yet but she told Leanne that her friend in Brooklyn who owns a bar has offered her a job. Handy! Why does no one ever say 'You won't believe this but Jane called me and offered me a job. Do you think I should move to America?'

It's always presented as a fait accompli.

mileysorearse · 29/03/2014 18:27

I've missed quite a lot then, I must have been more engrossed in ironing than I though Grin

NuggetofPurestGreen · 29/03/2014 20:58

The ironing is more interesting to be fair.

MrsYoungSalvoMontalbano · 29/03/2014 21:40

nugget Grin

Ellenora5 · 30/03/2014 20:50

It's dire at the moment, I can't bear to watch it, and will somebody please kill Gary, he is just so fecking stupid, I'm hoping Owen kills him for being such a thick
