It's Todd's fringe that's all wrong, looks as though he had the rest of it cut and forgot about the fringe. I am not a huge fan of Maria (love her hair though), but don't like the way she is played out as the perpetual victim.

I can't believe Dennis ran off with Gloria like that, poor Rita, but I do think she's better off without him, spineless wimp, he has dragged her character down with him. Gloria looked fabulously glamourous in her scarf and sunglasses. Is she gone for good now? The whole rock n roll management storyline was ridiculous.

Although the Anna/Phelan thing is uncomfortable, it is at least a bit more gripping than most of the current storylines.

It seems to me to be quite against Anna's character to be so meek in the presence of Phelan. It'll be interesting to see how it pans out - hopefully it won't take too long as it's another unpleasant to watch storyline.

Let's face it though - has Anna ever made a good decision in her life?

Anna's character is one of the most inconsistent on the Stree, one minute she's being completely stupid, the next she's quite wise (those ones are rare, but some of the Hayley moments), one minute she's an aggressive, threatening fishwife, the next she's all passive and submissive. No real backbone.

And after all the Faye drama the poor child is sent upstairs a la Rosie and Sophie

I was disappointed to hear that Stephanie Cole wast going to be coming back to Corrie.She was interviewed on tv this morning and said she wouldn't be returning. I had always thought she might have come back at some stage.
I suppose this is the problem that we'll know actors will not want to stay long as they will want to do other things but I like her relationship with Roy.
Sue Johnson just didn't seem to suit her role which was disappointing as she has appeared in other tv programmes and been good actress.

Oh, I think Gloria was great. I have a feeling she will come back at some point.

Had to laugh when Garry and Issie are continually out in the pub with the Phelans. No mention of a babysitter or Jake only that Issie was tired? Come on writers.

I Haven't watched Corrie for a few weeks now (last one was just before Hayley died). I just cannot bear watching Fiz anymore with her stupid sad voice.

It was the most unrealistic fall to the ground by Phelan. I'm hoping this will be the cue to getting rid of Owen, Anna, Faye, Issie and Katie. Gary can stay. Wish it had been Owen wielding the plank.
